I usually find everything I want at Ridley, which can not be said about the other 2 huge food stores in the area... However, I am forced to mention this again! I have 3 separate mobility issues and NEED an electric cart. For some reason Ridleys makes NO effort that I can tell to plug them in and/or repair as needed - at the Saratoga Springs location.

Their meats are often rotten. Many times I've bought meat and within a day or two, it becomes bad.

This store has had ongoing customer service issues since the first week they opened.I asked an employee where a certain product was and he replied, “I’m on my break, you’ll need to ask someone else.”There is ALWAYS issues with the self checkout machines and rarely any employee on hand to help with them.Today it took the cashier, Christy, 22 minutes to checkout only three customers! 22 MINUTES! There were five other customers in line behind me, only one lane open, and THREE other employees standing by the bagged ice drinking their coffees, chatting, laughing, doing nothing. Christy even walked away from her checkout lane to go share a quick laugh with the three employees who were standing around.THIS RIDLEYS SUCKS!!!

That blind girl savannah slayed her checkout. Fast and efficient and I will definitely be back just to see her.

I love Ridleys! I know that most people find it more expensive and I wouldn't shop there for my weekly grocery shopping but they do have good sales, they have seasonal things that you can't find anywhere near. If you shop with the ads and use their coupons it's cheaper for some things and it's very conveniently close to us.

This was a nice store but the main reason for the visit was the U.S. Postal Office. I bought some things at the Ace and had a nice experience.

Horrible Prices, bad business practices and overall awful service.#1. Ridley's Corporate keeps-and-holds all tips received at their in-store Starbucks. The employees there **DO NOT get their tips. Instead, Ridley's Corporate HOLDS their tips for a minimum 6 months (who knows who's keeping count of who earns what on which shift during that time, etc...) and Ridley's will pay their employee's "share" to them at the end of 6 months. P.S. The employees have no way of knowing what is owed to them and most do not stay that long due to the verbally abusive and unprofessional management style these poor college-aged kids endure.2. Their Deli is the worst customer service I've received in a very long time. There's ONE woman who consistently delivers okay service, but the rest of them... Eesh. If you ask for anything, they act as if you're asking the world of them. There's a particular elderly short lady, who should've retired long ago, and when you ask her for anything she rolls her eyes so far in back of her head, I'm sure she sees all the way back to her own birth. PAYING CUSTOMERS should not be treated that way. It's a "customer service" job. If you don't like it -- DON'T work there.3. In the three years I've been a patron out of pure proximity & convenience, I've watched their prices SKYROCKET! I understand the price hikes due to inflation (2023), but the price gouging is unapologetically egregious. e.g. in the past 6 months, a Dozen Donuts went from $7.99 to $12.99. Avacado Dip went from $3.99 to $6.45, and 12 pack Soda went from $5-ish to $8.50. They've hiked 99% of the store up $3 to $7 dollars across the board. It's absurd how this dirty little store charges boutique prices.I can only assume they see the city is growing rapidly and soon they'll be pushed out of business. They can't possibly compete at the big store prices, so they're taking advantage of locals in the meantime while they can. There's a few employee's at Ridley's who are helpful, like the restocking guys work hard, one or two of the cashiers are pleasant, but overall, I feel majority of them would not spit on you if you were on fire.I, for one, am DONE spending my hard-earned money at this predatory store. They'll will not receive one more dollar from my wallet and I'll gladly drive the extra 2 minutes to visit their big store competitor that's quickly making them irrelevant. Oh, and DON'T get me started on the prices at their partner hardware company next door. I'm hoping the other big hardware store that just opened nearby does the same to them. My hope is that their taking advantage of our community is coming to a swift financial end as our city grows. Shame on them. I hope management enjoys the extra few dollars they've pulled from our teeth before the big store hostile takeover. Customers have had enough. Their employees are miserable and it shows. Adios forever!

I tried using the digital coupons today. I got a hot coco I really didn’t need, but with the digital coupon I thought it was a good deal. All the coupons were activated and at check out I put in my phone number. Little to my surprise once I looked over my receipt at home not a single coupon worked. I’m frustrated I wasted my time finding the correct coupon on the app, and bugged I got the hot coco for full price.

Many items are over priced which is somewhat understandable to be a lone market in middle of a neighborhood. Issues are that many items are past the Best Buy date on items ie Yogurt. There were over 3 dozen yogurt products that had Best Buy date of October 28 and when I wrote this it was November 13. Produce for the most part is fresh, props to the produce manager. The dairy manager not so much. Check out clerks mainly young ones learning the ropes and not much interaction or greetings. A "Did you find everything you were looking for?" would be nice. The aisles have only numbers so good luck trying to find your way around this market.

Nicholas Hoover is not a professional store manager. I was interested in a new job opening here and it was suggested to me by a community member to call the store and speak to Nick about this position. Nick basically just told me to apply online. Apparently, he was not even aware that this position was not being advertised yet, as there was no job posting for it. How can a store manager not even know which jobs are open or not? Then, nearly a month later this job was finally posted online, and I applied. I did actually hear directly from Nick via text message inviting me to the store for an interview. Instead of arraigning a specific time for me to sit down to talk with him about the role, he just instructed me to come to the store and ask for him. Of course, when I do show up he's busy and makes me wait. Nick failed to properly plan for setting up interviews and instead forces his job applicants to wait around in the store until it's convenient for him. I did not feel respected as job candidate and had to leave the store after waiting nearly 15 minutes.

We are in Eagle Mountain, Utah for a softball tournament and went to the Eagle Mountain Ridleys twice. The first was about 8:30pm on Friday night to grab dinner at Dairy Queen (in Ridleys), but that's an entirely other horrible review! We used the restroom which was a complete mess. Paper towels and toilet paper all over the floor. The baby changing table had an MT baby wipe packageand used baby wipes on it. Fast forward to 10:00am, back to grab a Starbucks (in Ridleys). No Starbuck workers to be found. Finally a couple girls came in from outside where they and about 5 other Ridley employees were standing outside watching the eclipse. They didn't say they were sorry or anything, not even a smile and were definitely not happy that they had to come in and help us. So back to the restroom, and UNBELIEVABLY it was in the same condition as the night before. Paper towels and toilet paper on the floor and those used baby wipes and package still there! I certainly hope the people living in this area have somewhere else to shop. That store was a complete mess! I have been to a lot of Ridleys and they are always very nice, except this one!

Most of the staff is nice. One of the ladies at the customer service counter is a bit crass so I don't deal with her but otherwise a nice little family market. I find the best deals with the app they offer and Friday's they have some great deals. ?

Higher prices than normal, but very convenient to go to for Eagle Mountain. Also occasionally the loyalty program doesn’t seem to work with the posted discounts. Would also recommend using another pharmacy if possible
