I've always tried to support local businesses, which is why I switched our family's pharmacy needs to Cedar Valley Pharmacy. I appreciate their selection of local brands like Just Ingredients, which is a big plus for me. Unfortunately, two unpleasant experiences have soured our view of this pharmacy. The first time, we walked in close to closing time on a Saturday, not realizing their hours. We were met with an audible sigh and a brisk approach by an employee who pointed out the imminent closing time in a rather rude manner, making us feel like a burden. Luckily we weren't there for a prescription pickup or fill, so we just quickly grabbed the protein powder we wanted and left. The second negative experience happened today when we called to check on a prescription for my sick son. The conversation was frustrating; the staff member on the phone was dismissive and condescending, treating my wife as though she was a nuisance. These incidents have led us to rethink our support. While I'm keen to back local businesses, these two occasions makes it difficult to continue patronizing Cedar Valley Pharmacy. I hope this feedback might prompt some changes in how the staff interacts with customers.

I really love this pharmacy. The pharmacists are so knowledgeable and the technicians and other staff are very friendly. I like knowing I’m supporting a local business , especially one with such an amazing staff. I was at first hesitant to switch from a chain pharmacy but I am so glad that I did. Thank you for all you do, and for helping care for myself and my family when we need medications and other health care items.

Best Pharmacy I've been to. I switched this this pharmacy because my previous pharmacy was extremely understaffed and waiting in line took 45 minutes to an hour. I have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes to pick up my prescriptions from Cedar Valley. The app is easy to request refills, and the staff if always super nice. 10/10 Cedar Valley!!

Overall best pharmacy! Small town feeling! Quick, fast, nice, and I have told my family to use this pharmacy. The owner and pharmacists are very knowledgeable and friendly/down to earth. We bought a home near by almost a year ago and we love supporting small businesses. Our Family loves this pharmacy. Excellent staff, products, pharmacists! ? 5+ stars keep up the great work!?

Love the short lines and the amazing, kind people that work there! There are also lots of awesome products sold there that make it fun to go, lots of good gifts you could get for someone. I love that they sell Just Ingredients products there! My four year old always loves going because they give him a sucker every time he comes. Best pharmacy ever!

Y'all. Forget the incredulously long lines at the commercial, corporate, impersonal, uncompassionate, NON small businesses! THIS PHARMACY IS PHENOMENAL!The staff has been absolutely wonderful! In a short time, they learned our names, greet us by name and love on our service dog. *Now we just need doggie treats at the desk! ?We have been treated with immense compassion as I have MS, am a 23 year SOLE single mama veteran, I'm some caregiver to my adult homie with an extra chromie, "Detective Eminem" ? as well as our service dog, Rocky Balboa!Because of my condition, I am no longer able to drive. However, Cedar Valley Pharmacy is within my dead, droopy left leg's stamina. Usually. On the rough days when my leg just isn't going to work, the ever so kind associates, deliver them right to my door!I'm broken hearted that we will be leaving the area soon. ? Oh how I wish we could take you with us!Also because of my condition as well as 7 major surgeries, I've had decades of countless, pharmaceutical experiences. As well as decades with my late father.Ok, if you're in Orem, the Walgreens on 800 SOUTH and Pharmacist Paul is still there, that's the next best thing. They're still entirely too busy. If you're a regular, however, they'll take very good care of you.I digress. There is absolutely nothing to complain about whatsoever! They also have the most precious locally made trinkets and such! More local support y'all!The only hindrance we've come across is the early hours on Saturday and closed on Sunday. I have had to go without some of my meds due to the family hours, but first thing Monday morning, they're on it like blue bonnet! Those are also days they'll happily deliver!That being said, I genuinely LOVE that they run family hours! Being a client there, is hands down far more worth the slightly inconvenient hours.Listen y'all, I could write an entire thesis on why this is the BEST Pharmacy in the EM & SS area! In my decades of experience, Cedar Valley Pharmacy is the BEST Pharmacy anywhere!I cannot thank y'all enough for taking such great care of us! We truly feel like family and will miss you terribly when we leave. ?Thank you for making my tedious prescriptions experience, SO. MUCH. MORE. AMAZING! You are all appreciated ? My twins needed their kindergarten shots. Our pediatrician was able to do some but was out of the DTAP + Polio vaccine. So they wrote down the exact name of the vaccine we needed (Kinrix + IPV) We brought it to Cedar Valley with the twins and showed the girl and said "We need this vaccine, do you have it?" She confirmed they had it and they gave the shot to my twins. 3 weeks later I find out from the school nurse I can't register them for Kindergarten because they are missing the Polio vaccine. My husband went back into Cedar Valley and asked them about it and it turns out they gave my twins a DIFFERENT VACCINE without telling us. They gave them Infantrix which is just a DTAP. And told my husband they don't and have never carried a Polio vaccine. I am absolutely fuming that they would blatantly ignore our written vaccine instructions and inject the WRONG vaccine into 5 year old bodies without confirming with us first! Not only did it make my life harder trying to get them registered for school. It was also dangerous. Completely appalled.

Best pharmacy in utah county hands down! Chase is professional and easy to talk to. Best service I have ever experienced from a pharmacy in my lifetime. Works out the best price, gives solid recommendations and knows what he is doing. Thanks for all the help over the years!!

Today was my first time visiting Cedar Valley Pharmacy. I had heard good things about them and that they carried a particular product I was looking for, so I decided to stop by. They did carry the product I was looking for AND for less than the other stores I've found it at before! The associate (Rachel) that came to see if I needed any help was so friendly, professional and helpful that spending my money there was an absolute joy, which I don't say lightly. Plus, she introduced me to a knew product that I'm looking forward to trying. I will definitely be returning!!!Thank you for a great shopping experience Cedar Valley Pharmacy!

I’m furious right now. I called to make sure they had my prescription in stock because I have to drive out 30 minutes to get it, they told me it was in stock and that it would be ready. I drive out 30 minutes to find out not only that my prescription isn’t ready, but ITS NOT EVEN IN STOCK!! Actually, there is a waiting list of people ahead of me to get it. Never taking my scripts here again. Go somewhere more reliable than here.
