Never answer the phone. They will change their speeds then lower the prices and not let you know and keep charging you the higher amount. I want to change internet but I think this place is all that available out in EM. If you have the option of picking someone else, go for it.

Probably one of the worst/most over priced internet packages I ever seen. I cancelled after just 6 months. The internet was super unreliable and over priced. And their billing statements aren't usually accurate, I felt I was being overcharged at times

was not helped at trying to change to the 2 gig option I questioned why I have been paying double for the 1 gig $150 a month and I was ignored on that. more help would be recommended
