Nothing but good things to say here! Pricing was good! Really liked their invoicing, it was transparent, you could easily select what items you wanted worked on and exactly how much it would cost. They picked up my car and dropped it off. They were fast. They exceeded my expectations which rarely happens!

We have had two experiences now with EM Auto and Dr Transmission. The first was to replace the transmission in our Yukon XL. They were convenient, fast, and communicated incredibly. I could not have been happier with the outcome.The next was to fix some suspension and axle issues on our BMW X3. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem, order the parts and had it fixed within 5 days.Nothing but happiness from this repeat customer.Services: Transmission

Update: I recently reached out to these guys with some issues. Since having them replace my transmission fluid, my vehicle has been shifting weird from 3-4 intermittently. It may or may not be related to the work they did, but I at least wanted to have it looked at. The communication has been pretty horrendous. I get that they are probably busy, but I was told they would look at it then didn't hear back. I have had to reach out multiple times and try calling to no avail. Then I was told that someone would come out to get the car to look at it then ghosted... then they got back to me and told me they would have someone come again. Nobody ever showed up. I tried texting a couple more times and calling and it seems like I have been completely ghosted. Not sure what's going on here, but definitely not satisfied with my experience... I haven't felt like they truly care about my needs as a customer.Update: They reached out to me almost immediately and offered me a free oil change because of the minor mess! I will keep going here. Thanks for your help!Overall I had a good experience with these guys! Their prices were fair, they were responsive, did everything I asked them to do. My one complaint is that when they dropped it off there was grease on my leather seats and mud in my foot tray. Simple wipe off, but something you could try to be aware of for future repairs. A quick detail of the area you have been using goes a long way. It was nice that they came to pick it up and drop off though for free.Services: Transmission

Had an appointment scheduled for Monday morning to figure out why my wife's car wouldn't start. The mechanic showed up right on time, was very fast and friendly, said it could be a couple things and he would get us a bid to get it running once he had a chance to get back to the shop and look up parts and labor. Didn't hear anything the rest of the day. Tried calling several times on Tuesday and finally got someone to answer at the very end of the day. He said he had an opening for Wednesday morning and that he wanted to come out and run one more test. Wednesday came and went and no one showed up. No call or text. I tried the rest of the week leaving voicemails and sending texts and never got a response from anyone. They might be great mechanics, I wouldn't know because no work was done.

Horrible experience. I don’t usually go out of my way to write reviews but I definitely would NOT recommend these guys. Can’t communicate to save their lives, unreliable, unorganized. They can’t even figure out if their own employees are showing up to work or not. Go elsewhere if you don’t want your time wasted.

I needed to replace spark plugs on my vehicle and EM auto was able to squeeze it into their scheduleto get it done the same day. NotOnly that but it was pointed out the previous time the plugs had been replaced only half had been completed most likely due to a lazy mechanic not wanting to move parts to get access. They were clean and on time. I’d have them do work for me again.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Took my Mazda 3 in to get my AC replaced. Ended up being a lot more problems than I originally thought but these guys got everything done with quality work. Had some issues getting good parts in but that was not their fault. Everyone is super pleasant and their communication was very good. They pick up your vehicle as well so you don't have to worry about arranging travel. Loved my experience and the work even though it didn't go completely according to plan. Isaac helped me over the phone a bunch and is an extremely nice guy. Will be going back to these guys for all my work.Services: Auto A/C recharge

I took my car in because of a clacking noise when I'd let off the accelerator. They believed that the strut was bad and I agreed to pay to replace it. However, when they got in to do the actual repair, they found a loose nut that, once tightened, resolved the issue. They could have charged me the amount I agreed on and I would have been none the wiser, but instead they didn't charge me a thing. They even picked up and dropped of my car from my home. This is my second good experience with Eagle Mountain Auto repair. I will definitely go there again.

First, it somewhat threw me off when I dropped my car off at a house but to my understanding, they take your car to a bigger body shop. Most local repair shops I called where very behind and I was given a two weeks repair window. Although I was quoted around five days, Shawn fixed it in four days and on a Sunday when they were usually closed. They even dropped my car off at my house when completed. The check engine light was on when they dropped it off, however, the came immediately back out and fixed the error within ten minutes. Would definitely recommend. Professional and precise.

I used this company to fix my cv axle. There was some miscommunication at first of when they were coming to my house, but they were willing to make it right. They came and got my vehicle, took it to their shop, and returned it and did a great job. Ended up costing me over $200 LESS than what I was quoted by another mechanic and I didn’t have to drop it off in a shop!
