We have had such a wonderful experience at eagle mountain counseling. Our teenager sees who she Calls Miss Gabby ( Gabrielle Burningham), and she has been so amazing with our tee. She has been so great with helping not only her process some tough experiences, but helped walk us as parents through how to also help her. Not to mention the front desk has also been so delightful, friendly, helpful and all around easy to talk with and schedule appointments with no issues. We highly recommend scheduling with them!

I went to Eagle Mountain Counseling for a little over a year, the turnover rate was high in my opinion, I ended up with four therapists. Three left and the other accepted another position within the company. When the last therapist announced she was leaving I was over it and decided not to return. I don't know what's going on there, just thought I'd share what I went through.

Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. My child sees Ryan, a child therapist and we love him! Highly recommended the clinic

Eagle Mountain counseling has been great for our family. They helped us find two therapists for two different children. And we were able to get in so quickly. All the other places we had tried had long waitlists. Eagle Mountain Counseling was able to get us in within a couple of weeks. The therapists have been good fits for each child and we’ve already seen a difference in the short time we have been here.

We have been seeing Ailene Wood and she has been an so amazing! She has been working with our 9year old due to some anxiety and in bullying and it is so nice to see his confidence coming back. I can’t say enough good things about this place!

I tried to work with them on the “in-network” insurances but the receptionist was very rude and would cut me off and just keep telling me that my insurance is not in network. Their website shows that they take my insurances but according to her, they don’t. So either she needs to be educated about it or they need to update their website.

The staff is always friendly. The only thing that you need to ensure is you schedule as far out in advance as possible as they are very busy. That’s because the providers here are great. I know Israel is. His approach is top notch. I have worked in psychiatric nursing for six years and worked with dozens of therapists, and he is good at what he does.
