I rented a trailer. The person at the desk really didnt seem to care that they charged me double for the trailer (charge was from Uhaul but she processed it there at her computer) She said I would have to call Uhaul. Maybe there is nothing she could have done, but she was very robotic and repetitive about it and really didn't seem to care.
Other places around that are also storage units that rent Uhaul have been able to do price adjustments for me.
This is also the only one I have ever been to that didn't check to see that you had the electrical connection etc.

Very impressed. Clean, well taken care of, very good rates, an owner who genuinely cares about people & doesn’t raise rates whenever they want like other storage companies, & easy access. Added perk is the ability to rent U-Hauls. We plan to be here a long while.

Cathy at eagle mountain storage was very helpful. They facilities are very nice and clean. The facility is easy to manouver with large trucks. Highly recommend!

The employee was nice and helpful. She went out of her way to see if we could get a uhal truck but was out. It was very clean and had product that you can see and to buy for a move. The only thing is there really no signs that show uhal until you get to the door.

don't bring his things here a lot of dirt enters. .and when you have to deliver they send you to clean the land that enters or you pay $50 for them to do it.you will take all your dirty things out of the ground
