I went in for a redo and Donjie did a great job! He added in the texture I wanted that wasn’t there before. I’m much happier with my cut now. He was also friendly and fun to talk with.

Stylist: Donjie is the only stylist I prefer. He’s got so much style and creativity to his art. I’ve never been disappointed. I like edgy and bold hairstyles. I am very happy to have Donjie do his magic on me ?

this is typically a great place to get a cheap hair cut. however, for me it’s usually 50/50. i’ve gone in several times and gotten a decent haircut, but i usually have to go home and fix it up myself. there was one time i had the BEST hairstylist! i loved the cut! and last time i went i had one of the worst and my haircut looks pretty awful. personally, i just wish there was more consistency with knowing who you are going to get and making sure they know what they are doing. but, this is a decent place for $20.

Just because someone went to school and got a license, maybe you should actually check their work before hiring them. How my husband came home with a bob cut and so many layers that do not even come anywhere near being level is beyond me. Was it play time and someone thought it would be fun to blindfold the stylist?? The managers either need to hold their stylist to a higher level or get them the hell out of the salon and stop butchering peoples hair. Great Clips, you should be ashamed for allowing such low level service ?#leveluporgetout! #horrendoushair!

I can’t remember our stylists name but she had long brown hair and was on the left when you walk in in the third seat. She was friendly and efficient and did a great job!

You guys were super nice. Great place to get a haircut. The staff are super friendly. One of them had rainbow hair, and it looked epic. She also gave me an amazing haircut. 10 out of 10 would recommend
Stylist: They stylist I had had rainbow hair it was supper cool. She was super kind and did an amazing job. Even though I was very vague and just told her I needed a missionary hair cut.

I cried when I got home because the bangs I asked for didn't even look like bangs. They were only a small strand of hair cut unevenly and parted incorrectly. I tried fixing my bangs by myself and it looked better than what the hairstylist did.

I'm disabled and tried to schedule an appointment, as I'm not able to wait ( due to oxygen needs ) this was my neighborhood salon that I used to visit before my disability. They were rude, condescending and eventually hung up the phone on me, unwilling to let me schedule a time for later this evening, without being on the waiting list, even though I informed her of the reasons behind the request (oxygen needs). The store uses the handicapped friendly logo on thier website, but it wasn't veryfriendly to me. Perhaps just a disgruntled or argumentative employee and hopefully not a representative of all employees.

So many negative reviews...maybe that was with previous stylists? I went in for a basic haircut used the online checkin and the timing was right on - they were ready at the indicated time. I had a male stylist, and I know I'm going to spell his name wrong - DonGee? DonJee? he was very good. Paid attention to detail and took his time. I'll go back and ask for him again.

You get what you pay for.... horrible service!
UPDATE: We visited again and had a completely different experience. The hairstylists from before (who acted like we weren't worth their time) weren't there, and the other employees were wonderful. They were friendly, helpful, and did a great job.
