This place is the worst Jiffy Lube I've ever been to. They have messed up multiple times. It's my own fault for being a returning customer.
Simply put, Jiffy Lube did not provide the services that I specifically asked for. I had a printed estimate from them that specified what services and grade of oil my vehicle required. However, when I was paying, the technician informed me that they gave me a lower grade oil because they were unsure if my work credit card would work. I asked to speak to the individual that made that decision. When I spoke with the Assistant Manager, he did not have an explanation as to why he did not provide the services that I asked for, nor did he ever notify me that he would be giving me a lower grade or of his concerns about the credit card. This is unacceptable on many levels.
However, as stated, it's my fault for returning. I will not be returning, and I will be providing a detailed report to our national fleet, as well as providing a word of warning to other fleets.
Do better, Jiffy Lube.

This location has treated me well the 2 times I've been there. The first time I showed up right before closing time. They didn't turn me away and performed superior service.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. The prices are not good. I brought my car in an hour ago. I have watched two complete episodes of The Price Is Right. They just pulled me back into the upsell room. They asked me about my tires. I told him I’m not buy tires. I just want oil. They kept asking me about my tires. Then it moved to driving conditions. Who cares about my driving conditions. Then filters.
I just want to get my overpriced oil change. I have been here an hour already. I have seen the cars that came before and after come and go.
I won’t be back.

Nice guys, but suoer slow especially the check out process. If they call your name hurry to the counter because they don’t cal it in the order yiu arrived. This is the slowest “Jiffy” Lube ive been to. But if yiu have time to kill they are great.

My vehicle along with others were stalled and held hostage when a delivery tanker arrived .. very poor building design that the business is shut down while receiving products .. or a time before or after business hours for deliveries .. as far as the service mine was an oil change .. pretty straightforward

I showed up tp get an emissions test on Saturday afternoon. They were slammed. They got me in and out in 25 minutes with three cars in front of me. The service was outstanding.

A little overpriced I’d say for an oil change and some coolant. With a $25 off coupon it still cost me $116. A little outrageous if you ask me.

Go across the street to Burt Brothers... Jiffy charged me $200 to do full synthetic and tire rotation on my truck today (with a coupon). Burt Brothers charged me $130 for the exact same stuff and they are about as fast, just more professional...

30 min till they are done working on the vehicle, 1 hour and 30 minutes in and still haven’t been checked out though the vehicle has been done in the first 30 min.
They need a second terminal to check people out since cars are getting done faster than they can check people out.
