Gabe is an amazing personal trainer. She isn't pushy, but she is encouraging and assertive when needed. She really cares about you and your progress. She does such a good job and helps cater the training to you and what you can stick with doing. I lost about 10 pounds in 3 months and now I'm down 15 lbs shortly after. I finally lost my baby weight from having 2 kids. The workouts and nutrition really boosted my metabolism and gave me more energy and better overall well being mentally and physically. To be honest I have been working out a little less then when I was training with Gabe and haven't been as good with my nutrition, but I haven't put on any weight in almost 6 months. In my defense I have an injury and it's holidays..lol. I'm getting back on track and grateful I shed some pounds/fat and built muscles thanks to Gabe.

I have done boot camps with Gabe for over 5 years now and have loved every one of them. The workouts are always fun and rigorous. She has modifications for every different ability level and pushes my body to get results. She has meal plans available which help to be mindful about the food I put in my body but are still super yummy. I recently did an online class and saw great results in my measurements in just 2 weeks. I love the attention Gabe gives me as her client as she wants me to get to where she knows I want to be!

LYB has so many options for working out! I'm a big fan of the online workouts. There are lives you can attend or you view the recording at your own time and do the workout then! What is most helpful is that the workout of fhe day is posted so you know exactly what you're getting into AND there are little videos of how to do each move! They have eliminated all excuses! I highly recommend LYB for everyone, especially busy moms who need to fit that workout in not on a set schedule :)

I have tried two LYB classes and am so happy! The program is more than just access to workouts - it is a full accountability community. This might be just what I need to stick to a routine! Thank you for the warm welcome!

I did my first bootcamp class this morning, virtually and really enjoyed the feeling of working out with a group and the coach did a great job instructing and motivating the group, even with the challenge of a virtual class. Thank you!!!

5 stars- Edge fitness has truly made a huge difference in my fitness journey. I started tearing with Ryan a little over a year ago, and because of his skill, knowledge, and amazing motivation I have made more progress in that past year than I had in the 5 years prior. You're not left on your own to wander aimlessly among equipment you may or may not know how to use properly. You are supported, yet held accountable for simply doing your best. Everybody belongs here. Best place I've ever belonged. Amanda's story is so inspiring; look them up online--no excuses for not coming out and doing your best. Love this place.

Amanda is an amazing individual! I started my journey seeking a healthier lifestyle with interviewing various nutritionists. Amanda really stood out to me. She shared her journey and it is truly inspiring. She really pushes me to be the best version of me! I started out with nutrition coaching and moved up to attending bootcamp classes. I started out living an unhealthy and sedentary lifestyle back in September 2018 to now where I just signed up for my first half marathon! Edge Fitness is an awesome environment to get stronger and have fun! The classes are always different and the workouts innovative and challenging. You can modify to your individual fitness level and the instructors are always right there to help with form and questions. Highly recommend!!

I have been training at Edge Fitness for a couple of months now. I am recovering from an old shoulder injury and became frustrated with my limited abilities. I contacted Amanda about building my strength while my shoulder recovers and my fears about re-injury. She encouraged me to try some classes and not to be afraid to ask for modifications. I've feel supported and safe and the workouts have become a healthy addiction. I love the diversity in the trainers and workouts. No class is the same, so I'm getting a full body workout every time I come to Edge Fitness. As someone who is a bit heavier, with a current injury, I was nervous to start a program. I've felt fully supported and encouraged to succeed. The folks that workout at Edge are friendly and inspiring. I'm so happy to be a part of this fit fam!!!
