Friendly service but kind of expensive.
This place is the short end of a stick for a Maceys.
I wish it was more plant based and vegan friendly also.

they we’re extremely racist towards me and my friends, and the staff and floor manager harassed us and followed us all throughout the store and wouldn’t let us shop in peace

Not happy. Went there to buy their molten lava cake in the dessert section, went home, heated it in the microwave, and it was dry in the middle. No lava chocolate oozing out whatsoever. This place buys fake knock off brands. Do not recommend!

Maseys used to be a store that was quality at a cheaper price. As a kid, I loved going there, This one in Eagle Mountain is super overpriced, the 2 manager, one older blonde, older lady, one cubby brunette lady, I'll drive 50 miles to no shop here

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to in my life. They have absolutely no idea what they're doing and are horrible at communicating.

Unprofessional young employees
Loud cursing
Slacking off on carts
Flies in donuts
Rotten cilantro and lettuce
Self checkout is absolutely filthy, as if it has never been cleaned since opening

It’s a struggle to find anything you need. I always have to ask an employee but they are a struggle to find as well. Wish we had more grocery options in Eagle Mountain.

This place should be shut down. The chicken in the deli is left out RAW for up to 1 hour during prep. They use a broken shelf that no longer produces heat to put rotisserie chickens on for multiple hours at a time. The entire store has a faint smell of sewage and has built up grime on every surface and shelf. I've accidently bought a body wash that had expired in 2021, which I didn't notice until I developed a rash. I've gotten food poisoning from frozen fish from here, which was probably left out for many minutes during the freight process (which I have seen happen here).
Lastly, the management treats their employees terribly. I applied for a job, and they expected me to work a closing shift and then an opening shift the next morning. I told the store manager I wasn't able to work certain days, and when I was scheduled those days, he said he didn't remember that (because he didn't write it down or anything). My fiance witnessed a much older female manager verbally berate a teenage employee to tears in front of customers for having a bathroom emergency. My fiance spoke up for the girl, and the manager told him to mind his own business.
The Ridleys in Eagle Mountain is run by the same company and isn't all that better. There's literally no good grocery store in Eagle Mountain. We use a cooler full of ice and just go to Walmart in Saratoga Springs now, even though this Maceys is 5 minutes away.

The one star is just me being a little upset about it but I went in around 6am to go look for something in the pharmacy and I saw these lip balms that looked pretty good and I wanted to just take a look. There was no sign that said I couldn’t do this and the lid just popped off, there was no seal on it. There was different kinds of names and I wanted to see if it smelled like it was called so I didn’t put on a lip balm that smelled like crap. There was this worker that walked passed and saw me pop off the lid and may I say, I was very respectful, I did not know that it was such an issue but she made it like it was. It’s not the words she used that felt disrespectful or rude, it was the way she said and it even looked like she was sticking around watching me too. I felt super uncomfortable, I was like “okay I understand, I’m sorry” and she still spoke to me in a way that was just rude and personally I did not like it at all. I understand that maybe I shouldn’t have done that but like I said there was no sign that said I couldn’t smell it, it was the fact that she was just blatantly rude and that made me super frustrated and annoyed when she could’ve said it differently.
