I recently had to move unexpectedly after surgery, and I walked into Avery Lumber feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and unsure where to even begin. Starla changed everything.
She is one of those rare, genuinely kind souls who treats you like you’re the most important customer she’s ever had. She was patient, warm, and incredibly attentive — not just to me, but to my daughter as well. She made us both feel safe, supported, and welcome.
Starla didn’t just point me toward what I needed; she walked me through the store, helped me find every item on my list, and even made us hot chocolate to help ease a very stressful day. She assisted me with getting a U‑Haul, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt confident and taken care of.
