“Long story short… I had a problem with a phone I ordered online. The worker Garret helped me out and he was the BEST employee I have worked with. He was patient, kind, understand AND he was helping 2-3 of us at a time while not leaving any of us to feel like we were a bother. He told me to come back the next day for my phone so I did. He sadly wasn’t working but I went anyways and was “helped” by Brenton. And what a bundle of joy he was.. he was extremely annoyed with me for some reason, didn’t talk to me ONCE, and to top that while my phone was loading… HE PULLED OUT HIS PHONE AND WENT ON TIK-TOK. Never have I ever seen such terrible work ethics. Maybe reconsider training or something because this BLEW my mind.”
“The person who helped us was straight to the point and explained it in the easiest and simplest way. The people I was with were agressive and annoying and wouldn't listen and she handled it very well. And still helped after she explained it multiple times and held her cool. Very helpful even when some customers were ungrateful and refusing to listen.”
