“I am submitting this review twice because it deleted before I could submit. I convey this because my experience with Darren Anderson at this location was that outstanding. Darren took so much time resolving issues that were not created on his end. 611 customer support has failed on an epic level resolving and undoing charges that exceed hundreds over the course of many year. If it wasn’t for this outstanding genuinely caring man I would have ended a long relationship on a personal and business level. No joke as i was conveying this to the local manager who is also Amazing another customer came up to express her gratitude and praise for her Experience with Darren. If it wasn’t for the this unsung hero i would need long term mental therapy. This was truly an experience to make sure others know about. Much love Darren keep being the miracle.”
“The person who helped us was straight to the point and explained it in the easiest and simplest way. The people I was with were agressive and annoying and wouldn't listen and she handled it very well. And still helped after she explained it multiple times and held her cool. Very helpful even when some customers were ungrateful and refusing to listen.”
