About Parkplace Apartments
Parkplace Apartments provides a great living situation close to the school, highly recommended by residents. The community is amazing and it is a great place for anyone and everyone, making it easy to make new friends. Management is great, nice, and takes care of problems fast. They host great activities and are always trying to create things for residents to get to know others, working with you to help with whatever you need. They room people based on who they believe you’ll mesh with, doing a good job of courting people together. The apartments are exactly what you pay for and are really nice. The clubhouse is accommodating and the park behind it is beautiful and great for homework. Maintenance is sent over when necessary. A primary complaint is the need to find a tenant to take over your rent if you leave after fall semester, which can sometimes lead to complications. However, if you are nice to management and treat others well, Parkplace is considered the best place to live, where residents have had the best experience and love it.
