I went into the store to make sure I didn't owe any money on a phone that I was thinking about upgrading. Mac looked it up and told me that it was paid off, so I went ahead with the upgrade. But when the new phone came in, I took in my old phone for the trade-in, and I was told Verizon had accidentally set up a $300 charge to my old phone, so I couldn't trade it in yet. But that it would automatically go away soon, and I could trade it in after it was taken care of. I went back to turn in the old device again a few weeks later and was told I did indeed owe the $300 and that Mac had made a mistake. The lady in the store did try to get the company to help me with some sort of compensation since it was Mac's fault, but the corporate office refused. The current employees at the Ephraim location are polite and professional, but I would recommend having everything you discuss documented and signed by both parties if you do business with them. Sadly, I personally would not recommend doing business with them when the corporate office will not stand behind their employees' mistakes.

Bradd Hancocksame thing happened to us. We have been working with Verizon since October. We were told they can only give us credit for 1 phones promo. Did NOT take off the amount of promo but said they will issue a credit for each month's bill. Also turned in 2 phones. Between the amount she said she could give us for the phones ( ONLY GOT CREDIT FOR $175.00 FOR 1 PHONE) and the promo on each phone. We would owe nothing. This is why we even purchased the phones. We went in because my phone was having problems. WILL DEFINITELY BE CONTACTING THE EPHRAIM POLICE. THANK YOU!

BUYER BEWARE SCAM Bridget told me and my son we could get 2 I phones on a promotion and 1000 off another Samsung phone just had to pay taxes up front we paid her asked for receipt she says printer is broken 11 months later no credit (3000.00) verizon says there was no promotion. Russell cellular says where is your recept i filled fraud charges I guess Bridget got bonuses on phones she sold. Sales people tell me I am not the only one scamed No one knows how many people they conned. Verizion personal I have talked to are alarmed. They are trying to get me some credits because they feel bad but no credits have showed up o my bill to date if this has happened to you contact the ephraim police dept.

I went into this store frustrated i explained what was up so the 5 star is for the girl named Bree, she was able to answer all my questions and fix the issue with my phone very personable, went beyond to get it done would go there.

Dyllan was very helpful in finding the type of phones I was interested in. They were out of stock in the facility and he arranged for a transfer from another facilty so I could have the type of phone I was interested in. He went above and beyond to help me.
