“Some folks are looking for a social scene at the gym. You know the people. Name brand sweat clothes. Brand new kicks. They gather around the water fountain drinking their protein and flexing in the mirror together. I am not that guy. If you make eye contact with me at the gym on purpose please know I am hoping your car won't start when you leave. Having said that, we all review gyms for different reasons. Lift has ALL the things any gym should have (Minus massage chairs). If you are a serious person concerned with fitness this is the place for you. They have phenomenal staff. Their programs are great and the instructors are tip top. They keep the place clean and there are fresh towels everywhere. You can't beat the price of membership. I have to mention Paul. Paul is the maintenance guy. I am new to this place and don't have the hours memorized just yet. I showed up to an empty gym and thought it must be due to turkey holiday. So, I geared up and hopped on the treadmill. I ran for over an hour and then went into the sauna. They were closing when I showed up. Paul didn't even disturb me. Reportedly he had some work to do and saw that I was focused. He let me run for 80 minutes and sit in the sauna for 20 before he let me know they had closed hours ago. What a guy. Although the weekend hours are no where close to what I want them to be, I have to rate this gym at 100% for the afore mentioned reasons. Also, come join me here at Lift. The place is fantastic. Just don't look me in the eyes!”

“When the courts are available it’s the best in the state. Not sure why pickle ball courts were built outside when they still take up space inside. I understand winter but we’re in the summer so let us utilize the basketball courts.”
“I’ve been going here for a couple years now for many sports I do!
