“WiFi Pros are really amazing to work with! There were zero outages or delays with my service. I always had fast and reliable internet. I had them for just over a year and only left because I was moving into a house that already had internet. The technician that came out to my house at setup was friendly and took care of communicating with Utopia. If I ever had an issue, I could text them and they immediately responded. They were always friendly and helpful. I even let them know I was moving and they texted me a couple weeks later asking me if I wanted them to terminate the service and asked if I was ok with them calling Utopia to terminate my service with them. I’m sad to leave such a great company, but if I ever need to setup services again I will absolutely have WiFi Pros. Thank you for being a genuinely good company and people to work with.”

“I had such a great experience with Abby at Sumo Fiber (Utah). We called in because our internet wasn’t working after a Utopia Fiber tech had replaced our modem, but our Netgear router still wouldn’t connect. We tried everything and nothing was showing up or working.
When I first spoke with Abby, she was honest and told me it looked like our router might be outdated and that we may need to replace it. We ended the call, but what really stood out was that she didn’t stop there. She reached out to her manager because she was still thinking about our issue and wanted to double-check.
She ended up calling us back and explained that our router was a unique model and not something they see often, but her manager had seen it before and suggested trying a specific button. That one simple step fixed everything instantly and saved us from having to buy a new router.
It really meant a lot that Abby took the extra time to ask questions, learn something new, and follow up with us after the call. She could have easily moved on, but instead she went above and beyond, got our internet working, and saved us money. Excellent customer service like that makes a huge difference.”

He was exceptional with his service and knowledge and walked me through everything that I needed to do in order to fix my issue. Huge shout out to Colby, he explained things about my router and service that other techs didn't mention in the past, which ended up increasing my internet upload and download speed.”
