They provide quick service and are very friendly, fun to talk to, and kind, talking about real life while helping. The store has a great return policy, allowing returns up to 365 days later if the shoes haven't been worn and you have the receipt, making for a super easy transaction. Staff are helpful in finding products and closest sizes, assuring customers they can bring items back if they don’t work, and even offering helpful recommendations. Many customers report one of the best experiences they have ever had in retail, definitely recommend shopping at this location, and plan to come back in the future.

Great Costumer Service! They have a great return policy! As long as you haven't worn the shoes & have the receipt they'll let your return it up to 365 days later. Super easy transaction and over all loved my experience!

Just shopped there and met Zach and Andrew. Two awesome guys that did a great job! Quick service, showed me some other products, and we're fun to talk to. 10/10!

After a bad customer service experience at another shoe store, I was pleasantly greeted by “B”. She was extremely helpful and very friendly. I will definitely come back to this location in the future when I need more shoes (because what girl doesn’t ?)!
