“Quite the selection of different boots and shoes, the fish tank was a hit! Quite some variety in there...
The employees must have recently had a training about asking customers questions, because we were hounded more than a used car lot... It's ok though, they were friendly about it”
“Store is ok, people are good enough… the ONLY reason I keep going back is for Mia! She’s so helpful and knows her stuff. No one else (including management) goes above and beyond to make sure I find what I need better than her. I’ve literally spend hundreds there because she’s there. Give her more hours, pay raise, whatever you gotta do cause employees like her are hard to come by.
Just do it!”
“Niki, the manager, went above and beyond connecting us with customer service when we had a shipping issue. We got it all straightened out thanks to her. Thank you!”
“Went in just to look around but saw the new collection and had to try it on, sadly didn’t have the pink jacket in my size and sold out online but I got the blue sports bra and leggings super cute. The guy helping me was super helpful, didn’t get his name but he had blonde curls”

“The individuals that work at this REI location are exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. They epitomize what has made REI great for many years.
I recently came into this location to pick up an online order. As I was walked in and checked my email to claim it, I noticed there was a strange issue with my payment. She welcomed me warmly, went out of her way to resolve my situation, and got my gear to me. Well done.”
