“THE BEST PLACE YOU CAN GO IN LAYTON! Last Thursday 8/15 we got a flat tire in a rental car on our way to Bear Lake. We pulled into Trav’s about 5:55pm and were out of there at 6:23pm with a spare tire securely on! It’s so overwhelming getting a flat tire in the first place, not to mention while traveling with 3 small children AND in a rental. But the two young gentlemen working that evening were spectacular. They found the spare tire and jacked up without us having to unbuckle carseats. I wish we got their names, but they went above and beyond for us after hours out of the goodness of their hearts. I feel positive that if I sent any one of my friends or family to Trav’s they would receive the same care.”
“When Coys Wheel announced a while back that they were going to make an 8 Lug C20 Wheel, I just needed to know who was going to take my money. These wheels were definitely worth the wait. The 1 piece design looks awesome. USPS messed up the delivery and Coys assisted until we resolved the problem. I highly recommend these wheels and company.”
“Excellent service all around, came in and got an oil change right before I'd be leaving town for the weekend but had found my splash cover over my oil filter had fallen off at some point and taken the mounting hardware with it. I found a spare cover plate I had and came back the next day, they took care of me and got the spare attached no charge. Top notch, thank you for the peace of mind!”

“my experience was quite positive. i needed to have my new tires mounted on my ram 3500. walked in and the folks there were very pleasant and professional. i was told it would be at least two hours before they could get to it and asked if i was gonna leave it but i told em i didn't have a ride so i would wait. upon hearing this they said they'd try and get to it as fast as possible which they did. i was out of there in about an hr and fifteen mins with my new tires mounted. quite happy with them. i would recommend them to friends and family. thanks guys.”

“I was on my way to a business meeting driving North on I-15 when my new vehicle alerted me one of my tires was significantly low in pressure—it couldn’t have come at a more stressful time. I called my partner to tell her I would be late to the meeting and she recommended I pull off in Woods Cross to take my car to Point S - hurriedly I made my way to their shop. There is no way I could have expected what would unfold next. I walked into the showroom and was immediately greeted by a tall gentleman at the front desk named Chris who happened to be the manager of this location. I explained my dilemma and how terrible the timing was to have a flat tire- I was so preoccupied I couldn’t even properly identify which tire was affected ?! I then watched as Chris himself grabbed my keys IMMEDIATELY- walked out to my vehicle HIMSELF - pulled my car into a bay and had his team begin their work. This was the middle of the afternoon and almost every service bay was full. There were people stacked waiting in the lobby so I walked outside to jump on calls to mitigate the fallout that was sure to come from this unfortunate detour. In less than 10 min of pacing and talking on the phone out front - no exaggeration- I watched as Chris pulled my car up- nonchalantly walked up to me to let me know my vehicle was done and ready to go… Still on the phone- in disbelief- I hung up and followed him inside where he proceeded to tell me they found a screw in my tire and were able to patch it. The next thing I knew I was back on the road - driving in total shock as I’ve never experienced anything quite like this before. Had it not been for one of the classiest professionals I’ve ever met - with the most genuine empathy for my situation - I would have missed a major meeting with a very important new client. Chris made what in my mind was the impossible a reality. I’ve taken the time to document my entire experience because it meant that much to me- my business- and my business partner. I’ll admit, I stopped going to Les Schwab a few years ago after a pricing dispute left a bad taste in my mouth. But when I found myself in an emergency situation recently, I decided to give them another shot, and I’m genuinely glad I did.
Hunter was the first to help me out this time around. He was incredibly helpful and patient, guiding me through tire options and making sure everything was properly inflated. Super easy to work with, and it really set the tone for a great experience.
But the real MVP of my most recent visit was Burt. I’ve been working on getting my Nissan Titan back in shape, and after installing a new suspension kit, I brought it in for an alignment. My wife took it in on a Monday, but something still felt off when I was driving it later in the week. I brought it back in on Saturday morning, and they got me in immediately.
Burt spent over two hours checking the alignment and even went above and beyond to double-check the work I had done myself. Turns out I hadn’t torqued the outer tie rod ends correctly, and that was throwing everything off. Not only did Burt take the time to explain what went wrong, but he did it with patience, professionalism, and zero judgment. He was incredibly apologetic for the delay (even though it wasn’t their fault) and made sure the truck left the shop 100% dialed in.
Thanks to Hunter, Burt and the team, my truck is driving better than ever. I appreciate the honesty, the hard work, and the genuine care they showed.

“What amazing service. Driving along and my tire pressure sensor alerts me that my front tire is low. Lucky me whats to my right...Burt Brothers!! Pulled in to check my tire.right away JD approached me. Got me in a bay. The tech Kevin quickly spotted the culprit sent me to chill in the office and 10 min later my tire is fixed....for FREE! 15 min in and out. Best service EVER! I will be doing any and all maintenance with these guys. Every person i interacted with was friendly and smiling like they enjoyed their job. Says alot these days.”
