“took my truck in with 4 new tires in the bed to have em swapped out. they were quite busy and told me it'd be prolly 2 hrs before they could get to it asking if i was gonna leave it. i told them i would have to wait as i didn't have a ride so i prepared myself for a 2 1/2 to 3 hr wait but they managed to get it in and done in less than two hours. they are very nice and friendly and helpful. didn't want to see me waiting that long. great service. my truck rides like new again and i'll be taking my fifth wheel tires and wheels in for the same thing soon. prices are reasonable too. give 'em a try for your next auto needs i'm sure you'll be happy with their service.”

As an update they made it right with me and worked with me on my personal situation and ensured me this was really just a one off occurrence. Doing the math they did compensate me fairly for my time and effort put into fixing the problem and I do appreciate that. “I've been to different Discount Tires across the valley and this one is by far my favorite. They helped me with an issue when the Discount Tire in Sandy failed to put on the O rings for my new tires and I drove all the way home to Kaysville. So dangerous! These guys luckily had some in my size until the other discount "received" my other ones. Thank you to this staff for always taking care of me and keeping me safe! “My Ford Ranger (1998 with 181,000 plus miles)quit on me in Layton just off the freeway off-ramp.I was able to coxs it to drop it off in your Layton location.I paid the invoice and drove it two miles before it completely shut down again.I was able to return it to the Layton location.I was fortunate to have had your service technician come out and start it again and he took me on a test drive. He was exceptionally professional in test driving and listening to my input. He suggested that I leave it again and he would reassess it in the next few days. They were able to test drive it a couple of times over the next couple of days.Jeff Toone was the technician/mechanic that dealt with my issues and was extremely patient with me and my vehicle. I want to thank him and Burt Brothers for their care.I have been a dedicated customer at the Sandy store for close to 30 years. I appreciate the Layton store for their recent service .”
