“So I had an unexpected damage tire from a piece of shrapnel while parking at a job site in the Layton area. I had very little to no time once off work to figure out how to make it to the Layton Big O tires before they closed and I literally made it there with 10 minutes before closing time. I communicated with the shift manager Taylor throughout the day. He was very accommodating and understanding threw the whole ordeal and a big huge shout out to Jace and Ruben and Taylor as all three of them teamed up to help get my tires replaced as fast as possible even though it was past their closing time. Truly, Lifesavers.. and not only that, just for extra fun, my starter started acting up leaving Big O tires so I was again In a position of being stranded.. Then Jace and Ruben came out to my truck while they were leaving to go home and stayed even longer to help me fix the starter issue. And thankfully it was fixed.
I couldn't be more grateful for those guys. They were very courteous, understanding and extremely helpful in my time of need. Many many thanks to them!! Y'all rock!!”

“I left the car for diagnosing.After the test they gave me a repair quote and how long to finish repairs. The problem was the injection system needed cleaning and new spark plugs. “I've had good experiences with this location. They sure like to charge for everything they can though. Example: I took my mom's truck to get new tires. They called and explained to me that a stud was stripped out. Ok. Thats great. Let's fix it. Appreciate the call to let me me know. 5 dollar stud swap and good to go. Or so I thought..... they then told me it would be $70 for labor. Even though it's maybe a 5 extra minute job. Maybe. Plus they were putting brand new tires on the truck. So it's not like they weren't already up in the studs business anyway. I suppose I could have said no and done it myself. But that's not really the point. Anyway. I also buy tires for my F350 and they have always worn out before the warranty was up. So I get somewhat of a discount on my next set. Which is nice as one tire is almost $600. Depending upon who helps me it's an easy obvious thing. I usually end up talking to the manager to get said discount as the new hire usually doesn't understand all of that. I've rambled enough. They good... go to them. Just watch em.... they'll nickel n dime as much as they you let em.”
