“I asked to have my tires rotated and the tech found that I had about 5 different kind of lug nuts and one lug nut was completely missing. I asked him to replace all the lug nuts with the correct new ones. He managed to find enough at like 3 different parts places. I think this was exceptional service. THANK YOU!”

“I took my car in for a standard oil change and emissions. When I got there the staff were so kind! They were patient as I asked questions. About 10 minutes in one of the employees came in and explained that my air filters were nasty (he even brought the filters to show me) and then talked to me about my brakes. He took the time to explain the mm on each one and he was honest when he told me he couldn’t see the front ones well but he had a guess of what they were. After a few minutes a different employee came in and he showed me the dip stick for my oil to show that new oil was put in. I have never had that done before but it was cool to see that they took the extra step. Couldn’t recommend this place with high enough marks.”

“My Suburu low oil warning brought me to Jiffy Lube. The attendant stated it was not low enough for a change and suggested to have the warning lights checked. I wasn’t charged a dime. Now that’s great service!!!”

I was met quickly and courteously by an employee who walked me to the waiting area and immediately pulled the car in and began testing it. It was done quickly and the registration was convenient. I was greatly impressed how courteous the employees were.”

“This is my first time getting my truck serviced at Ford. I had a great experience overall. I will definitely be getting my truck serviced here again. Brooklyn was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole time my truck was being serviced. Enrique, who was one of my Quicklane technician, did an outstanding job. My truck was shaking badly when I was coming to a stop. Now it's a smooth stop. I got an oil change. My rotors, and breaks replaced. Even cleaned up my engine, which I was not expecting. Other places just leave it the same.”

“Amazing service! I was originally going to take my car to the Jiffy Lube in North Ogden for emissions and registration. Jiffy Lube told me it was going to be about a two hour wait. Mind you this was on a Friday morning at 10am. I decided to drive an extra five minutes to this Kwik Lube on 2nd in Ogden. I was literally in and out of there in 15 minutes! Maybe even less! AND they charge less than Jiffy Lube does for the sticker for the registration! Jiffy Lube charges $15 for the sticker, Kwik Lube only charges $10! Amazing service! 10/10 would recommend!”
“5 ☆ plus! John was so helpful with us problem solve a tire issue from another Walmart. We got new tires from him without any issues. Swift install with multiple people working on the truck at the same time. Very efficient!”
“Got a deal online for tires and had them shipped to the auto center. Set up an appointment to have the tires installed. I would give five stars but they put the wrong tires on. I hope they weren't being dishonest because the ones they put on were less quality than the tires I bought. They fixed their mistake but at the cost of my time.”
