“Got a deal online for tires and had them shipped to the auto center. Set up an appointment to have the tires installed. I would give five stars but they put the wrong tires on. I hope they weren't being dishonest because the ones they put on were less quality than the tires I bought. They fixed their mistake but at the cost of my time.”

“I took my car in for a standard oil change and emissions. When I got there the staff were so kind! They were patient as I asked questions. About 10 minutes in one of the employees came in and explained that my air filters were nasty (he even brought the filters to show me) and then talked to me about my brakes. He took the time to explain the mm on each one and he was honest when he told me he couldn’t see the front ones well but he had a guess of what they were. After a few minutes a different employee came in and he showed me the dip stick for my oil to show that new oil was put in. I have never had that done before but it was cool to see that they took the extra step. Couldn’t recommend this place with high enough marks.”

“Going to any service center can be nerve wracking for some individuals. The team at this Valvoline location are incredibly friendly and make that so much easier. They have made light conversation with me that has always made me feel welcome at this location. If they ever notice anything with my vehicle, they tell me in a respectful way that has never made me feel talked down to but helps me understand. Michael especially has always been very nice when I have received service at this location and I appreciate the energy and care he has for the people that drive in. While the wait varies at this location, my most recent visit I was in and out in less than 15 minutes for emissions testing.”

“Extremely pleased with Jiffy lube today. Traveling from Az. Home to Montana and had a seal start leaking on our rear differential. Pulled into Jiffy lube, and talked to the manager I think. Told him the issue. They fit me in immediately to fill the differential with fluid and get me on my way. I think it was under 15 minutes. Pleasant team and very fast. Most impressive was recognizing the urgency for us to get home. Thanks to the manager and the team. We alway use Jiffy lube, and as usual, this time did not disappoint !!!”

“This is my first time getting my truck serviced at Ford. I had a great experience overall. I will definitely be getting my truck serviced here again. Brooklyn was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole time my truck was being serviced. Enrique, who was one of my Quicklane technician, did an outstanding job. My truck was shaking badly when I was coming to a stop. Now it's a smooth stop. I got an oil change. My rotors, and breaks replaced. Even cleaned up my engine, which I was not expecting. Other places just leave it the same.”

“Amazing service! I was originally going to take my car to the Jiffy Lube in North Ogden for emissions and registration. Jiffy Lube told me it was going to be about a two hour wait. Mind you this was on a Friday morning at 10am. I decided to drive an extra five minutes to this Kwik Lube on 2nd in Ogden. I was literally in and out of there in 15 minutes! Maybe even less! AND they charge less than Jiffy Lube does for the sticker for the registration! Jiffy Lube charges $15 for the sticker, Kwik Lube only charges $10! Amazing service! 10/10 would recommend!”

“Taylor Jarman Is quite honestly one of the best mechanics and industry leading supervisors in the state. We had multiple issues on my car (2014 Kia Cadenza) that most mechanics wouldn’t even consider taking on with the time and concerns we had on budget but Taylor went out of his way and gave my family the best experience in such a stressful situation. He lead the team and diagnosed 4 separate issues with the coolant system and suspension, gave me a honest assessment and had our car and safe for my children and wife within 8 hours. I will never visit another jiffy lube or mechanic shop for as long as we live here. Taylor made us lifetime clients at the Clinton jiffy lube. We really appreciate his strong work and dedication to helping our family keep moving throughout the day. If anyone in management above Taylor sees this I truly hope you know how grateful the Bennett family is to his work. Thanks Taylor!”
