“Got a deal online for tires and had them shipped to the auto center. Set up an appointment to have the tires installed. I would give five stars but they put the wrong tires on. I hope they weren't being dishonest because the ones they put on were less quality than the tires I bought. They fixed their mistake but at the cost of my time.”

He was very friendly and helpful with showing me and letting me know the status of my car, explaining to me the factory recommended mileage report on what should be done. He wasn't pushy and still upsaled me on some items that needed attention for my vehicle to continue working correctly. I highly recommend this Valvoline location, and I bring my other vehicle here for preventative maintenance/oil changes as well because they do a great job.”

“Extremely pleased with Jiffy lube today. Traveling from Az. Home to Montana and had a seal start leaking on our rear differential. Pulled into Jiffy lube, and talked to the manager I think. Told him the issue. They fit me in immediately to fill the differential with fluid and get me on my way. I think it was under 15 minutes. Pleasant team and very fast. Most impressive was recognizing the urgency for us to get home. Thanks to the manager and the team. We alway use Jiffy lube, and as usual, this time did not disappoint !!!”

“This is my first time getting my truck serviced at Ford. I had a great experience overall. I will definitely be getting my truck serviced here again. Brooklyn was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole time my truck was being serviced. Enrique, who was one of my Quicklane technician, did an outstanding job. My truck was shaking badly when I was coming to a stop. Now it's a smooth stop. I got an oil change. My rotors, and breaks replaced. Even cleaned up my engine, which I was not expecting. Other places just leave it the same.”
“Pretty busy understandably, it was expected for a 1-2 hour wait, it was actually only a 35ish minute wait, the line moved quickly. Staff were informative about what oil type should go in my car. Walmart was not and put conventional oil in last time I had it changed, which is the incorrect oil type for my Ecoboost 2.0, I didn't know that and now I do.. And Taylor also discounted my oil change. Very understanding, professional and kind Thanks Taylor!”

“Had emissions done. Great service! This is the Jiffy Lube at 609 N Harrisville Rd. Basically N Ogden. They didn't smile a lot but were friendly, very competent and the employee put the tags on my license plate! Nobody has done that for me, ever! I'll be going to this one in the future even though I have at least 2 other Jiffy Lubes closer to my house.”
