Took it to JP's for an inspection before a long road trip, and they said all I needed was new tires if traveling 1000s of miles. $450 vs $4500+ quoted by the others.That was 18 years ago, and the same folks are still at the desk, and the honesty and customer service that earned my trust is still present today.Now I'm the person who recommends JP's to anyone looking for an honest repair shop or tire specialist.Bob, Justin, Jeremy, and Jen... “I've been to these guys a couple of times and they've always been very helpful. I had a flat tire on a trailer today that just needed a quick repair. They had me back the trailer in, got it repaired and got me back on the road right away! They are the best around! I'll refer everyone to them!”

“They did emissions and on the spot renewal. It was pretty quick and they didn’t try to up-sell me. They had great customer service, were very nice to me, and were personable so 4 stars. Would have given 5 stars but while I was sitting in the waiting room I had the misfortune of overhearing mechanics, who were seated right next to the open bay door, bad mouth some previous customers. I understand people can be difficult or lack car knowledge, but if the bay door had been shut or they had talked somewhere else I wouldn’t have had to hear it. It was super awkward and made worse because every other word was the F word. I understand the culture of mechanics is kinda just that way. I'm just glad I didn’t bring my kid with me for that experience. Otherwise they were very nice to me and did a great job. I recommend them just bring some earplugs, or ask for the door shut if you have to bring your littles.”

“To be honest, I am having a terrible year. Yet, my interaction with the guys at this shop literally made my day. They helped me get a quick emissions test on the last day I could get my registration secured. They really uplifted me when I'm at my lowest point. I will hold everyone who works here close to my heart. They also confirmed that my car is spectacular. That being said, they were under manned and still kept a great attitude. Thank you!”

Brooklyn was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole time my truck was being serviced. Enrique, who was one of my Quicklane technician, did an outstanding job. My truck was shaking badly when I was coming to a stop. Now it's a smooth stop. I got an oil change. My rotors, and breaks replaced. Even cleaned up my engine, which I was not expecting. Other places just leave it the same.”

“I've been to this Jiffy Lube location a couple of times. Every time I come, I am treated very well and courteously by all employees. They explain everything and show parts that need to be replaced. Had me in and out quickly. Oil change, air filter change and coolant flush and an hour and 15 later I was on the road. And they pointed out and changed my leaky oil plug.Will be coming back to fill windshield cracks. Didn't know they did this! 5 stars!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement”
