Years ago, this was one of the best places for juicy and fresh fried chicken, but the last three years, and on multiple visits, likely with the ownership change, and staff changes, the chicken is downright terrible, living up to its namesake market. The chicken is bland now and they overcook it til its dried out. Could barely chew the chicken fingers. Fried chicken needs an internal temp of only 160° and small batches served promptly. Please train the staff and bring the World Famous Chicken back to Fillmore.

The older lady attendant / cashier was so welcoming and was on the ball and even told me of free stuff they were doing that day. Give her a raise! Also love the food. Great quick stop down to St. George or up to SLC

New ownership 2023. Terrible's Chevron. We stopped in prior years for the chicken and potato logs. There is a different breading recipe that is average for fried food. My wife and I did not have the same experience with the new chicken as the old. We understand the new business will conduct as they can/want. The store and restrooms were clean.
We also bought the kids snacks/treats (cheese curds & gummies) the curds were expired and expensive. The business did refund our money, but overall the new Terrible's station is not the experience we want. So we will not likely stop here again.

I understand remodeling and updating to make the place nicer but why get rid of toilets? The men's room used to have 3 stalls now it has one. Better hope there isn't a line if you really need to go. Also please wash the roller food tongs. They're super dirty

Obnoxious, loud, and annoying advertisements playing from the gas pump the entire time.
Absolutely would NOT recommend stopping here.

Customer service was the only good thing but the classic chicken and wedges that you served you took away. Bring it back the original recipe this new chicken sucks. I was so disappointed. I drove from Texas all the way here to get this iconic chicken and wedges and it was gone, you know how disappointing that is. I’ll never come back here and eat again.
