I've been here twice, once in 2021, and now this past weekend. The staff is nice, the facility is clean. Kristin saw me on this last visit and she was very professional. I am grateful that we were able to get in and be seen.

I have never had a more unprofessional interaction with a pharmacist. I spoke to her by phone regarding a prescription and she was clearly more concerned about a "ra ra rally" that was occurring later that afternoon. I can't comprehend what was so important that she felt the need to speak so curtly and unprofessional. I would imagine she was rattled for some reason today, but with no other options, what else can be done? I hope she has a better day and can focus on patient care in the future.

Everyone is always so friendly whenever I or my kids need to be seen. The doctors genuinely care and always make us feel like we are their top priority. The pharmacist asked about all the medications I take and checked for any conflicts. I never hesitate to go to the doctor whenever we are in town.

We took our sick baby in. The nurse was so good with him. The doctor awesome as well and found out he had an ear infection.

Very pleased with our experience. The staff was excellent. The PA we saw was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We made an appt and were in and out within 30 minutes including picking up the prescription. Thanks for offering a high quality medical establishment for visitors!

I went to the pharmacy in Evanston Wyoming. I approached the counter and I was asked by a female worker, I believe her name was Vanessa. “What do you want”. That response was very unprofessional and very uncalled for to any individuals who needed services through your Bear lake community health center.
