Ideal Beach Resort is a wonderful, beautiful little spot right on the beachfront at Bear Lake. The resort offers tons of activities, ensuring there is something for everyone. Guests can enjoy the lake, swimming pools, and hot tubs, play pickleball, bingo, or glow-in-the-dark mini-golf, and explore acres of lawn for games. Special events like a Taylor Swift dance party, live bands, fireworks shows, and concerts add to the fun. The shop staff are a fountain of good information and smiles. The property is all fenced with areas free of cars, making it safe for kids to walk and play. A walking path to a nearby shopping area starts right in front of the resort. While the on-site soda shop has a great selection, nearby restaurants are also delicious. The atmosphere is cute, though some nearby places can be busy and slower, especially in the off-season. Rooms vary; some may have a small kitchen and a large bathroom, with room layout sometimes noted. While the resort is beautiful, some feedback mentions that money could be spent on infrastructure and general housekeeping, as some things have been in disrepair. Overall, it's a perfect place for families, with so many things to do that you could easily stay on-site for everything, making a trip to Bear Lake much more memorable.
This place was great. The rooms were great for our whole extended family. The whole facility is very well kept up Be it was a great place to be for a few days. Could have done without the fire system self check at 3am though.
