Fast, and easy. Staff were polite and helpful, without being pushy.

I went to look at the collectibles in the store and was in total shock on their prices. People come into your store for a bargain just because people the community DONATES everything in your store and with you all being a non profit organization shouldn’t be trying to make a huge profit off of it all. You are a thrift store. Shame on you all and the person you have pricing your items in the store. They have NO clue of what they are doing.People need to know what you all are doing. You all are gouging the customers that come into your store.

The only thrift store left that's not price gouging. Some pieces I think are a little much, for any thrift store, but still great prices overall. Everything is always clean and very well organized.

Excellent customer service from Tanner and Ashton. They got an extension cord to test a lamp for me. And Wendi is always a cheerful check out experience. Store is clean and nice.

Tried for 25 minutes trying to literally give this place my money for a table with no chairs included. Went to every employee we ran into asking for help and one told us he needed to clock out so we needed to find someone else. All other employees said they don't work in that area and that WE needed to find someone else who did. finally got someone to call a manager who never responded to the call. If you're going to increase your prices to questionable levels you should at least be willing to take the money being offered to you for subpar products. Most people would have given up sooner than we did in a luxury furniture store, absolutely no excuse to make someone run through hoops and spend almost a half hour to find someone to take their money in exchange for garbage someone gave them for free. It's truly ironic which church funds this failing 'business'. It seems they've gotten comfortable with shrugging their shoulders at lost customers just the same as they have towards losing record numbers of church members each year. I hope the tithing money and spring cleaning trash doesn't dry up one day for them.

Good place to donate usable items. They unload for you.

My partner and I love shopping here and find great clothes and shoes for our little guy. Can sometimes find diamonds in the rough

Watch out for the highly agressive anti Christian running the donation drop off. Might cause all sorts of grief because I had a Tupperware lid in a box without the container. Took all my other donations back and will just take it all to the dump. Way to represent.

I thought that they hired individuals that were trying to get another chance to prove their selves in society this just doesn't seem to be the case. To bad they could have had a good worker who cares about every customer and works very hard.

I always like to describe DI to people as "Mormon Goodwill, but better," because that's essentially what it is. It's always clean and well managed, with lots of cool cheap stuff to look through. It never smells weird either! Overall, it's always a good experience and a great way to find cool old things, and I'd totally recommend it to anyone.

I like this store. Deseret Industries is a great place to get some cheap items, you can get some cheap furniture that looks good, you can get good knives, good books, and even great clothing. Honestly when I'm in college I'll probably go here frequently because of how just about everything is cheap and in good condition. I especially like how the book section is pretty big and well stocked, it also cycles through them fairly often.

The Harrisville DI has some of the worst working conditions I have seen. Employees aren't properly trained and look like their miserable they are constantly forced to wait with costumers because they don't know an answer to a question and the person who should have taught them that are off doing who knows what. The place is in massive disarray and every time i come back the few employees that seemed to be doing okay have left and the place is in an even worse condition. If you want to be in and out quick and you want good service id recommend looking elsewhere because this place treats their employees like dirt which is quite disturbing considering they advertise to be a place that helps people with mental heath struggles and from everything i have seen working at the Harrisville DI would make a persons mental heath even worse. Maybe if management really knuckled down on trying to keep employees instead of forcing them to quit with terrible working conditions and little to no training it will get better but its clear something is wrong and it shows every time you visit the place.

It’s nice how they have the clothing organised by colour and style. Also, a rather good selection of used books, with a huge portion of them being related to religion. Interesting.

Great sections. I wish the religious section was a bit bigger but it was still cool. Lots of cheap things for people who need it.
