No one was at the location when we arrived to pick up our scheduled U-Haul reservation, nor did they answer the phone number that was provided. We ended up having to go elsewhere.

Highly recommend going somewhere else. Getting hold of someone was very difficult. No one is at the location during business hours. Voicemail is full. Did not respond to texts. Equipment was not washed.

The car hauler running lights did not work and was not able to tow the car after it got dark and was forced to wait until the morning to safely tow it and because of not delivering the car when we agreed on made the car purchaser not want it and had to ultimately lower the price for them to still purchase the vehicle. Extremely frustrating when it ended up costing me much more to rent the trailer.

U-haul you should do better or hired someone to be here because there is nobody here never !!!! I was there for over one hour definitely not happy plus you guys never have trailers available

No one is EVER there, even when reserved they NEVER show up with your equipment. AVOID, unless you want a miserable time!

Worste place to rent a u-haul. Never returned my calls. And the site said the cargo trailer was available so we put our info in to reserve it and then they never had it, they were also not there! So we had to drive to another one and pick it up

I came to get my reserved truck and no one is here. Its now been over 30 minutes and They are not answering the phones. And other U-Haul places I just called said this happens all the time at this location. Don't waist your time with this place!!!
