The repair was performed without issue. The device was dropped off with Laura, and she was very helpful. The low rating is due to "T" who helped us when picking up the device. He was extremely rude and snarky with a complete lack of customer service. We asked him his opinion on the iPhone 15 (Laura had provided some information at drop-off- she's great) and he responded with a terse response saying to "do your own research" and about "being paid by the company, so why would he tell us." Which is ironic because asking someone that fixes phones is "doing research" and this is literally when we are paying him. First time using the company and will not be returning.

Tech was all about accusations instead of listening to us, tried to find anything to void THEIR warranty for the screen THEY replaced a few months prior. He was very disrespectful both times. Thankfully my husband went this time and he has been in IT for over 20 years.

Literally the best! They were so nice and they even said it would take a couple hours, but it only took a less than half that time! Would definitely recommend!

Back cameras on my s23 were broke, and they were SO NICE about helping me out.I ended up talking to 3 different reps because of some scheduling and ordering issues, but each one of them was just so polite and patient and made the whole thing so easy.And Laura ended up doing my repairs and even helped with the warranty on them. AND WAS SO PATIENT AND NICE when I kept coming in again and again.Very good experience, and very helpful. Thank so much!!!

I got in really easy and was notified my phone was done, but I gave them my pin code and they must have lost it because I had wait another 20 minutes for the battery test to be run and they couldn't do it without the pin. So aside from the unexpected waiting in the store, the service was great.

I'm sure it is just one employee, but I have never seen such horrible and rude person in a phone repair shop, openly mocking a young man who came in for a screen change with a speech impediment. The employee openly mocked him, saying they couldn't get parts for his phone even though he had an appointment. The customer said another employee he had talked too told them to come in for the full qoute and the screen would take a week to get in. He mocked the young man in front of us while we waited for repairs.

Had my phone’s screen fixed here and the staff was amazing, really kind and helpful. Jacob especially was very informative and attentive. His customer service was awesome.

I spent $315 on a screen repair on my Pixel 7 Pro, expecting great results considering they are Google certified. What I got was a phone with no selfie camera, face unlock, or fingerprint sensor. As if that wasn't bad enough, the screen is literally falling out of my phone. They were quick and friendly, but who cares if the result sucked. I plan on contacting them today and I will update and adjust the review based on their response and how they make it right.

Fantastic! I broke the screen on my Pixel 6 Pro. U Break I Fix was my first call but they weren't open yet so I called around. Everyone else was $100-250 higher and didn't have the part in stock. When U Break I Fix opened I called them. They had the OEM parts in stock and were by far the cheapest. I took it there after work and they had it fixed in less than 2 hours. It's working great. I have recommended them to several friends.

Jacob was great! He took the time to truly help me & get my phone fixed. Even as it dragged closer & closer to closing time, he didn't rush or try to get me to just come back for it next day.

Came in to get my S22 Ultra screen fixed today, and both Jacob and Laura were amazing! It took a little longer than expected, but everything is working great. Since they replace not only the screen but the frame and battery, it's like I've got a new phone ?Thanks, y'all!

I hate leaving bad reviews, but i feel like it’s necessary this time. The worker who helped me was very nice and i know he did his best, but i was appalled by how things went down. I went in to fix my iPhone (the back shattered). The cost was supposedly $270 but signing up for their monthly program would bring it down to like $225 (i will be cancelling this immediately). I left it there most of the day on Monday, and when i went to pick it up, nothing had been done because they didn’t get the size of the phone right. So they had it on the hot plate and all and just put it back together. So i had to go back in Tuesday and they got the part in that would fit, but when i went to pick up, he told me that he figured it was likely that my battery would explode doing the hot plate twice, and it almost did. Upon further evaluation he noticed my battery was in bad shape so he replaced it. I have no idea if my battery was bad before or if doing the hot plate twice rendered it into this condition. When i went to pick it up, he just said, “i did this… i have to charge you. I hope that’s ok.” I was shocked so i didn’t say anything and i just paid the difference and left. 5 minutes down the road, i noticed the screen protector i paid for was also not put on. Needless to say, i will never be going back here if anything breaks again. I will be contacting customer service tomorrow in hopes i can at least get my $80 for the battery (and missing screen protector) back since i was never informed of the potential issue and never contacted before the battery was installed. I feel like that mistake should have been 100% covered by them, especially given the rest of the issues.

Very fast and easyCame in needing a screen replaced for my Pixel 7 about an hour and 1/2 before closing today. They finished in an hour, and sent a text and email. Cost a little more than $200, and they weren't aggressive with their sales pitches about their insurance and etc.

Jacob is fantastic! My brand new S23 Ultra just got dropped yesterday, (those involved shall remain nameless) and the screen shattered. I came in at opening and Jacob very professionally walked me through all of my options. When he was done, my brand new phone looked like my brand new phone again! We also decided I could greatly benefit from their liquid glass product...I didn't even know it existed!Jacob is really great at what he does! I would absolutely tell my friends/family go to him. I say this as a looong time mid level manager in a customer service profession.The only complaint I have is the amount of time it took...4 1/2 hours! But PLEASE be aware this was NOT a Jacob issue. This is a management issue. He was the only person there with a line of people.Thanks Jacob!
