“Came into the Heber location hoping to exchange a pair of Adidas that I absolutely loved, but needed something with a wider fit. Shawn, the branch manager, was amazing in helping me make the exchange, even going so far as to call the Orem location and track down my purchase as I'd come in unprepared without receipt. I admitted the fault to be mine and was willing to buy the new pair outright, but Shawn really went the extra mile to get the shoes exchanged and save me the cost. Very grateful to him for his knowledgeable approach and kind understanding.”

“This is the spot for quality, locally handmade gear. This is the kind of stuff you pass down to your children. I just picked up a couple of hats and can’t wait to order a pair of custom boots. Tommy and Tegan are awesome and will take great care of you!”

“I was thrilled to find a local store who carries Dansko! The owner helped me choose the pair I preferred (she wasn't carrying it at the time) and ordered it for me. Two weeks later they're on my feet! I'm very happy.”

“Gorsuch is hands down the best ski and mountain fashion retailer in the US and their PC outpost doesn’t disappoint although sadly no cafe like in Vail and Aspen. The best thing about them is the selection — the brands and lines within brands are very thoughtfully “curated”. They are squarely in the super premium segment so it’s not a place for bargains — they basically charge retail prices with few sale items. The point is to see, feel and try things versus getting them online. They also have a few exclusives which is fun. Service is professional and not intrusive.”

“Didn't buy anything but my initial reaction was, "Wow, this place is well merchandised." Beautiful store. I thought about deducting one star because the workers today were too busy chatting about a coming trip to Paris to do more than announce a welcome us, which they said before we even closed the door about 50 feet away from the register where they were busy "clerking.". In the end, I realize that the great merchandising set my expectations higher than other stores I visited in Park City today.”
