“Brooke impresses me! She’s not only an amazing employee, but also a lovely human being! She has an uplifting energy about her and treats every customer with kindness and respect. She has excellent customer service skills and makes every shipment or return a quick and easy process. There is also a boy (age 18? dark hair..I don’t know his name to mention it in this review unfortunately) who has also been just as great with the same positive energy. “I've always had great experiences with Not Just Copies! It is so easy to email in my order and get an email later that after that it's ready for pickup! The pick-up times are reduced due to COVID, but they do bring your copies right out to your car. I come here for church and personal copies.”

“The staff is always very courteous and helpful. Last time I went in, they couldn’t open my file to print for me. I wished the gal that was doing it understood that you guys can’t open pages. The next day I came back with a different disk same thing but then they told me that they can’t open pages so I had to come back a third time. But they are courteous and helpful and I would recommend that Store to anybody.”
“I came in to the store yesterday to have a booklet laminated and bound. I know this can be a pretty tasking and timely job and I needed it to be done at a certain time. Mason was extremely accommodating and ended up having it done an hour before the time I had given him. He kept in contact with me to ensure that it was done exactly how I wanted it and it turned out perfect. Thank you for going above and beyond Mason. FedEx is lucky to have you!”
“This afternoon I received a shipping label for a defective piece of equipment I needed to return to the manufacturer. I popped it in a box with lots of packing, taped it up and slapped the label on. Off to FedEx I went, not anticipating a pleasant experience from some of the other shipping places I've visited.What a fine surprise! No lines, pleasantly greeted, extra tape was added without being asked, and the receipt was promptly tendered. Shipping supplies were reasonably priced, a great value and fine customer service too. The young man, who took care of me, worked proficiently, and actually seemed to care about the package. I was shipping. Way to go FedEx! Keep up the good work. They have my highest score.”

“Very fast and simple. The only issue I had is the website shows they accept FedEx packages beginning at 8:00 a.m., but they don't begin until 9:00 a.m. Luckily I got there at 8:55 and they opened the office to accept my package.”
