“Went in to make some copies and Jax helped me and was beyond helpful. I didn’t know how to work the copy machine, and she basically sat with me and walked me through it the whole time. She was super friendly and made my day better.”

“This afternoon I received a shipping label for a defective piece of equipment I needed to return to the manufacturer. I popped it in a box with lots of packing, taped it up and slapped the label on. Off to FedEx I went, not anticipating a pleasant experience from some of the other shipping places I've visited.What a fine surprise! No lines, pleasantly greeted, extra tape was added without being asked, and the receipt was promptly tendered. Shipping supplies were reasonably priced, a great value and fine customer service too. The young man, who took care of me, worked proficiently, and actually seemed to care about the package. I was shipping. Way to go FedEx! Keep up the good work. They have my highest score.”
“Easy access, plenty of free parking, if there is a line, another register is opened for fast, efficient service. Self service for returns to many suppliers complete with return receipt. Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays are busiest mid day, especially at holiday times. I usually go mid week, mid morning for fastest in/out service.”
