“I LOVE THIS PLACE! My fiance and I realized 20 minutes before close that we had a package that needed to be refrigerated so we really didn’t want it sitting overnight. My fiance called while I rushed over, and the lady stayed after close to help us out. It was so nice and so appreciated. Both women I’ve met at this location are so sweet and fun to talk to and v knowledgeable. I honestly didn’t even know that small postal businesses still existed but I’m really glad I know about Postal Hub bc I get to support them ??”

No lines, pleasantly greeted, extra tape was added without being asked, and the receipt was promptly tendered. Shipping supplies were reasonably priced, a great value and fine customer service too. The young man, who took care of me, worked proficiently, and actually seemed to care about the package. I was shipping. Way to go FedEx! Keep up the good work. They have my highest score.”

“We called this location while in the midst of quite a frenzy at our hospital with a mix up of picking up labs we needed sent out ASAP so the samples didn't become ruined. After a less than helpful phone call with corporate, we decided to give our local UPS a ring, aka here... NIGHT AND DAY difference. Very helpful while on the phone with this store, they truly were going above and beyond asking co-workers and collaborating to help us. It was a relief to have the situation understood and treated with the same urgency and level of importance as we were. They helped direct us up the line to finally get help then we had someone to us within 10 minutes of them confirming it would be picked up in the next hour. Not sure if they are connected to the store exactly but overall so helpful. Wish we knew the name of who helped us at this store but it was so so appreciated. We thank you and so do the animals who will get their results without needing poked again!”
