“Our corporate team has used Seagull for a myriad of printing needs: hundreds of postcards for our annual conference, stickers, brochures, fliers, posters, etc. Their customer service is absolutely stellar. For example, this week I submitted a sticker order on Wednesday. My sales rep called me on Thursday afternoon to make sure I saw the proof they had emailed Thursday morning. I approved the proof and the product was ready for pickup on Friday morning. Incredible turnaround, personalized service (makes alllll the difference) and really reasonable prices. “Alex Abeyta. As a print shop owner I can tell you that you are being quite unreasonable. Also, with your sharpie statement you are showing your lack of knowledge and understanding in the printing process. What you are asking of Koala tees is to burn 2 completely new screens and print 3 shirts. This would entail hours of work and a loss of money. Not good for small businesses in this market.While I imagine they would have helped you out in any way possible if you had have reasonably approached the owner or the sales team, you still see fit to bash them online showing how little common sense or integrity you yourself have. You should be ashamed. Small businesses have it hard enough and here you are bullying them online for your own miscalculations!As far as Koala tees work I know they do a great job from my time living in Utah. We had several jobs printed with them and you would be remiss if you didn't seek them out for your printing needs.”

“This afternoon I received a shipping label for a defective piece of equipment I needed to return to the manufacturer. I popped it in a box with lots of packing, taped it up and slapped the label on. Off to FedEx I went, not anticipating a pleasant experience from some of the other shipping places I've visited.What a fine surprise! No lines, pleasantly greeted, extra tape was added without being asked, and the receipt was promptly tendered. Shipping supplies were reasonably priced, a great value and fine customer service too. The young man, who took care of me, worked proficiently, and actually seemed to care about the package. I was shipping. Way to go FedEx! Keep up the good work. They have my highest score.”

“Went in today to make a few copies and was asked by the employee Mia in a very rude tone, "what brings you in today?" I explained what I needed and she pointed to the back copiers and said, "looks like you will have to wait, they are all being used." After some time went by the manager Robb, in a very kind way said she could help me at the main desk and copy area. Mia was upset and rude and gave him so much sass and attitude that I was shocked at how she talked to her co-worker and let alone the store manager (as it said on his badge). She threw a fit and acted like a young child who didn't get her way. She was not able to figure something out on the computer with charges so Rob was trying to help her. She swatted him away and said I can do this myself, I know what I'm doing. After about 10 minutes of her fumbling around on the computer program, Rob noticed I was still waiting for help. He came over to help and again she tried to swat at him and tell him to go away she was doing it he said, let me help you you're in the wrong screen, she again told him to get away that she was taking care of it. Robb handled this so professionally and did not revile her back yet. He gave her another minute to figure things out and noticed there were a couple customers waiting and then Robb came up and said, "why don't I finish this transaction?" and she again was angry and said, "let me do what I'm doing my way." He asked her so kindly to please step away and go to the register to help the customers. Robb fixed the transaction and thanked me for my patience. I am still in utter disbelief at the lack of respect along with the spiteful, angry, and prideful tone this Mia took with her coworker. It was painful to watch. Robb deserves 10 gold stars just for working with her. I hope he sees this review as it is only bc of him that I would ever consider returning to this location. Thank you Robb!”

I left and then realized that I would not be available later that day, so I returned to the store and asked Madi to cancel my order because I could not make it back that day. She told me she could get it spiral bound right then and there because she knew how much of a pain it is to go and come back and she understood my situation. She was able to get it done quickly and efficiently and exactly to my preferences. “I wanted to wait a few weeks to post this review so I could see my entire experience through to the end. Long story short my experience was wonderful! I had several packages that needed to go to Taiwan and China. It was a loooong process. They were extremely helpful and patient as we went through the lengthy process of filling out SO MUCH paperwork. They did a great job of helping me fill out the forms for customs. My packages arrived MUCH faster than expected! I previously sent a package by myself, 6 months earlier, that took a trip to China and back to me and never made it to the recipient. The one they helped me send to China made it in 13 days!! I am SO pleased with every part of my experience. If you go in with several international packages it will take a very long time, but it will be a positive experience!! Thank you ladies!!”
