“I came in to the store yesterday to have a booklet laminated and bound. I know this can be a pretty tasking and timely job and I needed it to be done at a certain time. Mason was extremely accommodating and ended up having it done an hour before the time I had given him. “Went in today to make a few copies and was asked by the employee Mia in a very rude tone, "what brings you in today?" I explained what I needed and she pointed to the back copiers and said, "looks like you will have to wait, they are all being used." After some time went by the manager Robb, in a very kind way said she could help me at the main desk and copy area. Mia was upset and rude and gave him so much sass and attitude that I was shocked at how she talked to her co-worker and let alone the store manager (as it said on his badge). She threw a fit and acted like a young child who didn't get her way. She was not able to figure something out on the computer with charges so Rob was trying to help her. She swatted him away and said I can do this myself, I know what I'm doing. After about 10 minutes of her fumbling around on the computer program, Rob noticed I was still waiting for help. He came over to help and again she tried to swat at him and tell him to go away she was doing it he said, let me help you you're in the wrong screen, she again told him to get away that she was taking care of it. Robb handled this so professionally and did not revile her back yet. He gave her another minute to figure things out and noticed there were a couple customers waiting and then Robb came up and said, "why don't I finish this transaction?" and she again was angry and said, "let me do what I'm doing my way." He asked her so kindly to please step away and go to the register to help the customers. Robb fixed the transaction and thanked me for my patience. I am still in utter disbelief at the lack of respect along with the spiteful, angry, and prideful tone this Mia took with her coworker. It was painful to watch. Robb deserves 10 gold stars just for working with her. I hope he sees this review as it is only bc of him that I would ever consider returning to this location. Thank you Robb!”

“Love this post office and I have a PO box here. There is never anyone else in line and the PO boxes look like they are from the 1920s with the fancy engravings and hand-painted numbers. This post office is a little further away from me that the one in Riverton but I can get there faster because there is never traffic and very few traffic lights.”

“This afternoon I received a shipping label for a defective piece of equipment I needed to return to the manufacturer. I popped it in a box with lots of packing, taped it up and slapped the label on. Off to FedEx I went, not anticipating a pleasant experience from some of the other shipping places I've visited.What a fine surprise! No lines, pleasantly greeted, extra tape was added without being asked, and the receipt was promptly tendered. Shipping supplies were reasonably priced, a great value and fine customer service too. The young man, who took care of me, worked proficiently, and actually seemed to care about the package. I was shipping. Way to go FedEx! Keep up the good work. They have my highest score.”

She was efficient, quick, and still gave friendly service. She helped get the perfect sized boxes for us. I wish I would have caught her name, but thank you! “I took in a piano book to be spiral bound. They said I could pick it up later that day. I left and then realized that I would not be available later that day, so I returned to the store and asked Madi to cancel my order because I could not make it back that day. She told me she could get it spiral bound right then and there because she knew how much of a pain it is to go and come back and she understood my situation. She was able to get it done quickly and efficiently and exactly to my preferences. I am so grateful for her going above and beyond to help me right then and there because I needed it. 5 stars for Madi and she is a sweetheart.”

“Very fast and simple. The only issue I had is the website shows they accept FedEx packages beginning at 8:00 a.m., but they don't begin until 9:00 a.m. Luckily I got there at 8:55 and they opened the office to accept my package.”

“This branch is superior in comparison to the other Sandy branch, in all aspects. For those who have an issue with the lunch hour time. It is clearly posted on the door when a clerk is not going to be available.. It is worth scheduleing your day around this if you are one who visits the post office on a regular basis. Michelle is by far the most enjoyable USPS personnel I've had the pleasure to work with. I have been visiting Michelle for over 10 years dating back to getting our kids first passports and followed her to this location because she does such a great job and is incredibly patient with me when I bring my ongoing certified mailings. What a great surprise to see she will be stationed in this location permanently going forward. I highly recommend giving it a try and retry!!!”

“I went into the post office around 9am on 12/20/23 — My first interaction upon entering was with an employee who was rude and had no interest in assisting me. This was my first time shipping a package and I wasn’t sure what I needed to do. This review however is to spot light the worker who did end up assisting me, he was VERY kind and helpful especially after his co-worker just treated me so poorly. I didn’t get his name but his kindness did not go unnoticed and changed my entire experience at this post office.”

“I wanted to wait a few weeks to post this review so I could see my entire experience through to the end. Long story short my experience was wonderful! I had several packages that needed to go to Taiwan and China. It was a loooong process. They were extremely helpful and patient as we went through the lengthy process of filling out SO MUCH paperwork. They did a great job of helping me fill out the forms for customs. My packages arrived MUCH faster than expected! I previously sent a package by myself, 6 months earlier, that took a trip to China and back to me and never made it to the recipient. The one they helped me send to China made it in 13 days!! I am SO pleased with every part of my experience. If you go in with several international packages it will take a very long time, but it will be a positive experience!! Thank you ladies!!”
