There is also a boy (age 18? dark hair..I don’t know his name to mention it in this review unfortunately) who has also been just as great with the same positive energy. Years ago I had subpar service at UPS and have avoided all the stores ever since. I entered the store today with a negative attitude and low expectations. I was honestly blown away by the customer service today!

“The staff is always very courteous and helpful. Last time I went in, they couldn’t open my file to print for me. I wished the gal that was doing it understood that you guys can’t open pages. The next day I came back with a different disk same thing but then they told me that they can’t open pages so I had to come back a third time. But they are courteous and helpful and I would recommend that Store to anybody.”
“For some reason had a hard time finding this location. But it was right where it should be. Being open on a Sunday really helps in today's business. The attendant was ready when I went in the door and gave professional service through the entire transaction. Self serve printers to the side, self serve prettyich through the store. Thank you”

“This is THE BEST Post Office! The staff are very efficient and helpful. I'd recommend everyone go to this location, but I feel like I'd be giving away a well-kept secret as this facility is located off the beaten path. I usually mail my items and visit the local park afterwards for a nice, crisp Saturday morning activity.”
“We went in to this UPS store for help with printing in preparation for our child's birthday party. It was busy, but Michaela took the time to carefully walk us through sizing and quality options, answering questions with patience. We also had a bunch of square tokens that needed cutting after being printed. This was a ton of very fiddly work, but Michaela offered to take care of it as well. She did an incredibly neat job and even caught up with us as we went out the door to give us the pieces that had been missed because they got stuck under the machine. Thank you again for all the help Michaela!”

“This company has worked tirelessly with me to get my items back. The package hasn't been returned yet, but the people here have been wonderful in making sure that this matter is getting resolved. I do not have to worry about the package being shipped over seas now. This company has a great ZERO tolerance policy against scammers. But those who are selling online would do well to make sure that they don't end up getting had like I did.”

“Had a package that required a signature that was supposed to be dropped off today. The carrier didn't even make an attempt to knock or walk to the front door(as shown on ny cameras). I wrote an email expecting to hear back Monday, but was surprised to receive a call within half an hour. After the phone call, my package was redelivered without issue.
I'm very happy with how quickly the issue was resolved and how attentive Wendy was in helping me with this problem. What started off as a 1 star experience, was quickly changed. Thank you Wendy!”
“This afternoon I received a shipping label for a defective piece of equipment I needed to return to the manufacturer. I popped it in a box with lots of packing, taped it up and slapped the label on. Off to FedEx I went, not anticipating a pleasant experience from some of the other shipping places I've visited.What a fine surprise! No lines, pleasantly greeted, extra tape was added without being asked, and the receipt was promptly tendered. Shipping supplies were reasonably priced, a great value and fine customer service too. The young man, who took care of me, worked proficiently, and actually seemed to care about the package. I was shipping. Way to go FedEx! Keep up the good work. They have my highest score.”

The employees and staff are all very friendly and work very well with each other. Upper level management is approachable when needs and concerns arise as well. “I needed digital fingerprints and this was the closest. Clerk 09 was very helpful. We needed to do several retakes and had 5-6 failures. She used a corn husker oil to clean them up enough and it did the trick

But I had to wait to ask my question because the place seemed understaffed at the hour that I went in.
If I were the corporate office, I would use traffic patterns or data from the cameras to ensure that I was adequately staffed. Otherwise they’re going to have people walking out and losing business, or waiting too long.”

“I believe the postal worker’s name was Amon that was SO helpful for me today. My kids are in the military, and they send packages to me, and when they get home, I forward the packages to them. It can be costly, but you try to help your kids and the military. Anyway, Amon helped me save 25.00 today by consolidating two packages into one. I was already spending over 100.00, so I was very thankful for this savings.”
