“Good people and great service. I needed a truck for the day locally, and they had one. The truck and the business were clean and well maintained.
Even though I did not need them, they had significant moving supplies. And some really cool model trucks around the shop.
They are a little difficult to find. But that may be why they had availability on short notice.”

“I probably wouldn’t have gotten my rental truck here if I had looked at the reviews first, but I actually had a very positive experience. I showed up about 45 minutes late to my pickup because of something that came up that morning and they didn’t give me any problems about it. I don’t remember their names but I was helped by a man and woman who were both very friendly and despite being late, still let me call my primary car insurance to confirm that the rental would be covered. The truck was perfect for our move and because we were dropping it off on a day they were closed, they told me to just bring it back at any time. So I got several extra hours out of the rental that ended up being a huge help.”

“This particular dealer saved me a lot of money on a truck rental. Corporate U-Haul had changed my reservation and was deceptive. They "added additional miles" to make up for the fact that I had to drive an extra 50 miles because of the location changes. It turns out that they were going to make ME pay for those miles. Really trashy in my opinion.Long story short, this particular dealer helped me discover this issue and made adjustments to save me over $100 for the day. They knew the ins and outs of how U-Haul deals with these things, and they knew that I was being taken advantage of in this instance. Big thank you!”

“Everything is better in person. I made an online reservation for a Hyundai, but there was some confusion, and I ended up being charged twice and receiving a Bronco instead. Surprisingly, the Bronco turned out to be a great vehicle, feeling like an upgrade compared to what I initially booked. “This was the best UHaul experience I have ever had. The agent was courteous, quick and efficent. Everything was ready to go. He completed the paperwork in record time. I personally inspected the equipment before hooking up and noted that it was clean and in good repair. I was hooked up and out of the facility in less than 15 minutes... TOTAL!!! Because I picked up late, they extended the drop off time for me by an hour! What great customer relations! I am totally impressed with this operation and the agent I worked with! I would highly recommend this location over all others I have used in the Sandy area.”
