“One Call Auto checked my car as it was having a problem starting. They told me it only needed a battery replacement. They did suggest that I get my timing belt replaced since my car had reached 100,000 miles and needed it replaced. They did this for good price and days sooner than other mechanics in the area. I Highly recommend their business and will go their for car repairs in the future.”
“After performing a Titan swap to my Xterra, every piece of the suspension was replaced, thus not nearly close to being aligned. Rockys Tire Pros (recently merged with Big Box Brand) was awesome to deal with. The first 2 shops I tried, could not understand that a Titan Swapped X could not be aligned as an Xterra. But they required a VIN based alignment. Rockys was able to do the custom work I wanted and dialed it in. Took 3 test drives that morning and I tied up the rack for 4 hours, but these guys were perfect and AMAZING to deal with. Highly recommend to use these guys. Also helps that all the guys there are gear heads and love cars, more so ones that you rarely see. Keep up the great work Rockys.”

“It takes a lot to get me to write a review. This is big! So my old Ford Ranger has had several issues with the kill switch. They took care of it quickly and found out what was really going on! I gave them a new signaler to install, and they installed it quickly as well. For all the work they did, they only charged me half of what others told me they would have charged just to install the signaler, even if I provided it. They could have charged me a lot more, but they were honest and kind to me. I want to keep using them for all my car needs.”

“Honestly we have been completely impressed by the owner Jeff and his team, our car was a particularly cursed job and they have been amazing throughout all of the trouble. I broke down in front of their shop in May right as they were closing for the day and they helped me push my car in from the road and worked really hard to find a fix. The work they did was amazing, but sadly the car had another issue months later because of a deeper problem and they honored their warranty really well and helped us find a solution. They have been great from start to finish and I trust their expertise and also their business practices that they are honest and overall have done great work in even the worst of circumstances. I knew what was broke and needed to be repaired. They didn't try to sell me and tell me anything that I didn't need. With the new parts needed I actually had to request and tell them I wanted premium parts, they didn't try to push or try to get me to buy the premium parts.
Terrific service and definitely a honest company, I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of.
I will return for any future repairs from brakes to oil changes to just normal wear and tear on my vehicle.”

“All too often reviews are negative. I wanted to write and praise the guys at the Orem 800 South Big O Tires. My husband was sick with COVID and I needed to take care of a badly damaged tire. Danny was the service person who took my questions as I walked in for advice, then the next day handled things when the tow-truck brought in the car. I was kept informed about the problems and the progress. All went well, and they even came to pick me up. This is not the first time my husband and I have used this Big O location. We've never been disappointed or gotten poor service. Often I take my car in and they listen to my questions and answer things well. Having been made to feel like a dumb female at other places, I really appreciate these folks. When I told the young man who came to pick me up how much I appreciated the staff, he told me he enjoyed working there and was well-treated. Thanks, gentlemen for years of great service.”

“I started hearing a creaking noise from the front of my Tesla Model Y back in October and, honestly, I was worried. I drive Uber for a living and put 200–300 miles on my car every day, so any new sound is a big deal for me. After some research, I called McNeil’s Auto Care, and from the very first phone call I knew I was in the right place.
I spoke with Erica, who immediately put me at ease. She listened patiently while I described the issue, and even though she couldn’t give me an exact quote without an inspection, she went the extra mile by checking what other Teslas in the shop were paying for the same repair. She didn’t brush me off or act annoyed, she genuinely tried to give me as much helpful information as possible. That alone was impressive.
Once I brought my car in for a diagnostic, I learned that Erica would be my dedicated service representative, which ended up being one of my favorite parts of their customer service model. Any time I called, I spoke to her, not a random rotation of people, which meant I never had to re-explain my situation. She always knew exactly where things stood and treated me with professionalism and kindness every single time.
After the inspection, they recommended replacing the control arms which was my most immediate concern. The problem was, I didn’t have the money saved yet. When I told them I was on a debt-free journey and didn’t want to finance the repair, they didn’t pressure me, try to scare me, or try to upsell anything. Instead, they worked with me. Erica talked with the technicians to find out how urgent the repair actually was and called me back with a realistic timeframe, along with what warning signs to look out for. That meant the world to me! They respected my financial goals and my safety.
When I finally saved up the money, I called back and, of course, spoke to Erica, who got me scheduled right away. I mentioned I was hoping not to be without my car too long since it’s my income. When I dropped it off, she told me she made sure my car was first in line and, barring anything unexpected, it should be done the same day. Eight hours later, she called to say everything went great and it was ready for pickup.
My car drives like a dream now. No more creaking, no more stress, and a huge amount of peace of mind.
And on top of all that, they’re just good people. I brought my puppy to the initial inspection, and every conversation afterward, Erica asked how he was doing. That kind of care isn’t something you can teach. It’s who they are.
I have a couple of smaller repairs I’ll need soon, and I won’t take my car anywhere else. McNeil’s is now my permanent service center. If you’re a Tesla owner, especially with higher mileage, go here. They are Tesla certified, they understand these cars, they get you in far faster than the Tesla Service Center, and the bill is significantly smaller.
