In the lobby there were drinks and a comfy wait room with TV if needed. I was sent videos of the inspection of my car. Loved that! All the other tire places wanted to replace all four tires. crazy Dave said they had a used tire only cost me 50 bucks. I called and 15 minutes later they had the tire replaced and installed. “Awesome experience!! Luke and Bryson were super helpful when I came in for a rotation. I had a couple things wrong with my car and they gave me a detailed explanation about what was going and what they were seeing. They even showed it to me in the back so I wouldn’t have to just take their word for it. They were both very kind and understanding through the whole thing and I didn’t feel like they were condescending at all like I’ve seen at other places.
