Stayed here for 3 months because of a PCS move. Pet friendly and very nice accommodations. Highly recommended.
Walkability: Very nice nature trail out front.

I was pleasantly surprised. Rooms were clean, roomy, staff was awesome, and easier on the pocketbook. Everything ya need within walking distance .

The HVAC(AC) was not working. It’s rather difficult at night to navigate a new location with the buildings being spread out. Please call ahead and get a Non availability letter.

The location is a bit odd. The front desk is located in a different building than the rooms. There’s plenty of parking. No elevator but thankfully we got a room on the first floor. There are vending machines & ice machines.
These rooms are former dorms so don’t expect the Ritz. It’s 2 adjoining rooms one living space & bedroom. The room was clean. The bathroom has a small standing shower. Like a lot of base hotels, the decor is very outdated. Because the room is actually 2 rooms combined is quite large. The hotel is family friendly.

If I didn't have to stay here as a rule for military travelers, I wouldn't. Rooms lack temperature control, late check-in is terrible, fixtures are old. TV works.Rooms: Converted dormitories. They ought to do travelers a favor and level those buildings, then have Hilton put something up.Safety: It's as safe as you can get, on a guarded military facility.

Rooms are below average compared to some other AF bases. I found at least 1 bug on the daily (not a roach). Stayed on the 3rd floor, which sucked because there was no elevator and I had heavy bags with me, plus I wasn't used to the elevation change. The room's ac was a window unit that barely cooled the room. Stayed here because the Air Force paid for it, otherwise, I wouldn't voluntarily stay here.

We received conflicting answers regarding the TLE room we would ne matched with. After being told we only qualified for a 1 bedroom we decided to live out of our empty home for 2 weeks. Out of desperation we tried again at week 3 and got a different answer and decided to move in. We were pleased that wheelchair friendly options were availability. We've used pet and non pet friendly TLE here. The laundry facilities were horrible and unacceptable (took 4 cycles to dry a normal size load of laundry...and multiple families were trying to do laundry at the same time). Hopefully the ice comment about that fixes the situation. The furniture and set up is fine. Everything is provided. I would rather stay in an airbnb but without a nonA this will do. I've seen better TLE (at other bases you stay in an actual furnished home) but it was better than our empty home with air mattresses. Everything we needed was basically there besides salt, pepper, cooking oils, laundry soap etc.

Staff was pretty unfriendly and didn’t treat anyone in my group with any respect. Room had ants everywhere and the window AC unit couldn’t keep up with the summer heat.Rooms: stuffy hot rooms, lots of small insects, tiny shower
