I worked with Alessandra, who was incredibly patient while we found the perfect fabric for the suit. She was so helpful through advice on style and fit and through multiple rounds of alterations as I wanted it perfect for my wedding day. We definitely got it there and I had lots of people complimenting the suit on the big day.I've worked with tailors to make custom suits before and this is by far the best quality and experience I've had. Which surprised me because almost everything was almost new (worn only once or twice) and all but maybe 7 items where brands they say they purchase.Makes me wonder what exactly they look for when purchasing items from us.However they do pay you ok for your items that they do purchase from you.For 5 items I got $17 Cash (or $25 in-store credit).... Which is approximately $3.40 (cash) for each item, which isn't bad.So all in all not a bad experience.”

“Shout out to the customer service at knot and spool. Their shop is so unique and thoughtful. If you ever need a gift or something special, this is the place to go. They have adorable displays of kid toys as well as beautiful decor. The ribbons don’t even get me started. It’s magical. But most important, the customer service is incredible. I am beyond grateful to how accommodating they were to me.
