“This uptown Cheapskate is very well stocked. I got in and out so fast and their offer was pretty good. I think we all like to think our used clothes, shoes and accessories are worth more than what they offer but I feel they offer fairly. The staff was kind and respectful of items they took and those they didn't. This location being downtown definitely doesn't have the best parking but the one in sugar house isn't much better with the parking. I do think overall they offer more than other stores like this.”

They are absolutely the best!! It’s so easy. Just give them a call. Tell the florist your budget. Then the most lovely arrangement arrives. This was the most recent one sent to a sister in law after she had surgery.”

“This is such a cute little shop! I love how the inventory is constantly updated, so you can always find something new and fun. I’ve been coming here for years, it’s my favorite place to get jewelry. The gold filled jewelry is such high quality, it lasts for years. I especially love my permanent jewelry. The clothing choices are on point. They have these awesome big white gramophone type speakers where they were pumping this awesome like UK grime music. The woman at the counter said her husband is an audiophile and metal worker and that he made the speakers. I said it would be a great environment to host a party in.”

“Took a detour on a road trip just to go here. Not only does it have the best ski brands but some awesome vintage pieces. The hat I bought was being made right in front of me. Where else can you find this? 10/10. My girlfriend loved the decor especially the frogs. Must see!”

“We went to Salt Lake City for my birthday. One of the places we wanted to tour was Kindig It Design. Would certainly recommend this tour to anyone! From start to finish everyone was pleasant and friendly. Our tour director, unfortunately I never heard his name, but he was awesome. “Jonathan and I are about as different as two people can be, style included — he wanted an English-style navy three-piece, I wanted something ultra-modern and all black. We walked in with basically no idea what we actually wanted, and Rubin didn't just take an order, he educated us. Extra sessions, extra time, real patience with two grooms who had zero shared taste to work from.
Here's the part that actually got me, though: I'm colorblind. I came in a second time on my own, kind of panicking, convinced a fabric I liked was grey — it wasn't a color I could even see correctly. Instead of brushing past that, Rubin pulled a whole new set of options built around texture and visual interest instead of color, so I could actually trust what I was choosing instead of guessing. We landed on an all-black fabric with a subtle snakeskin-like weave — sharp, a little bit alt, completely me. I felt seen, not just fitted.
Jonathan got his classic three-piece, I got my black two-piece with an edge, and somehow both of us walked away feeling completely ourselves on our wedding day. That's the job done right.”
