“My son lost his iPhone in the depths of Zion Nation Park, while hiking the Narrows. Apparently, this is a relatively common mishap. When I called the shop in Hurricane Utah, the associate, Carsten, chuckled and admitted this was not his first rodeo with this customer issue. After that, Carsten took control and guided me every step of the way through the process of ordering a replacement phone from my son while I was in Southern California. He was clear, professional, concise, efficient, helpful, and patient. He is a rockstar employee as far as I can tell so I hope he is well compensated for the quality of his work.
