Face it. It's walmart. Be aware. If you have so much as a scratch on your drivers license even if it is 100% readable they will ask to confiscate it and not allow you to buy alcohol. Has happened to me 3 times. With 3 different people there.

It has been weeks since the installtion of the new Self-Checkouts. They still dont work right. Scale broken, unable to get cash. Unable to use anything but cash. Every trip it is something different broken.

I was on a time crunch to return an item, but when I got to walmart the return center was closed. Louie from customer service was so kind and opened it up just to help me! He was very helpful and super kind! #givelouiearaise

Very unprofessional staff, perhaps as usual by Walmart, but this store is my highlight for bureaucracy and complete brain off. I am a German and 46 years old and want to take a beer after visiting the Zion Canyon on my way back to the hotel. They have asked for an ID to check how old I am - this is appreciated and thank you to evaluate me as a young boy. I have shown my German governmental ID and my German driving license, but it was not sufficient, because they want to see my travel passport as defined on a piece of paper, probably the Walmart instructions. I told they my passport in the hotel, because I don’t take it to the canyon trails. Ok, no passport means no beer can be sold. Left this Walmart store and got my beer on the next store without any issues. After visiting USA more then 50 times in my life, this is fist time I have seen such behavior.

Sick and tired of all the animals that are ESA or not service animals, they bark, bite and should be welcome around food. I understand Service animals, but there’s a distinct difference between unruly dogs or dogs in carts, vs a real animal. Whe you enforce this policy I will change my review. (You can ask questions about service animals, just two specific questions and management is too afraid to confront people)
I have family with allergies to dogs, and this is just unacceptable.

This Walmart is terrible, I am a tourist who comes to spend a few days near Sand Hollow Lake and I bought a beach house that in the end I regretted buying, I wanted to exchange it for another item and they gave me a resounding NO. The customer service lady was very rude and when she heard my accent, her face said it all. A cashier tried to help me and was rude to her as well. You know, if you buy an item and then want to return it, this Walmart doesn't offer you anything. I won't be back.
