“I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about Caliber. For reference im a college student, and been here TWICE now. So my first accident which involved my jeep, was about 4 months ago, the front of my car got hit while i was with family. The person who hit me managed to bend my license plate and break the bracket holding my license plate off. I went to a couple different places for estimates and ended up choosing Caliber. They were incredibly knowledgeable, and thorough. The process of getting an estimate of repairs was detailed, asked questions, showed me what i was looking at, gave me an 2 different options for repairs, one being cheaper. Even brought me a new license plate to replace my broken one. I mainly worked with Tab, however the front receptionist lady was super nice and helpful.

Second accident, I got rear ended near walmart(in a toyota camry). Without a doubt, I went with Caliber, after my first experience being great. I went through insurance and they helped me with the insurance process, and my rental car process. I worked mainly with Tab and he was nothing but helpful and clear.

“I cross threaded my bolts attempting to put on my hitch, and they were able to get the bolts out without breaking the welds on the nuts in the undercarriage, and fixed the threading so that they could put bolts back in to secure the hitch to the vehicle properly. The whole ordeal took maybe 2 hours with just 1 guy working on it. Afterward they told me what they did and how to prevent some of the issues I encountered in the future and didn’t make me feel dumb or stupid for making that mistake. Absolutely wonderful service with some very personable workers. I will be going here in the future with any of my hitch needs.”
