She assisted me in getting a new battery, when she couldn't replace it she offered to jump my car and when that wasnt working she walked next door with me to CarSmart and helped me communicate with them to get the battery replaced. I could not be more grateful for her and her kindness today. And she did this all while juggling other customers! I would give 10 stars if I could.”
“A few months ago my transmission went out on my way home from a vacation. I stopped at a local auto mechanic shop in Nevada and they replaced my transmission. Fast forward to now and my transmission starts acting up again. I take it to Aaron's and they got my warranty to pay for everything! They also told me about all the things the other shop did to my truck (not in a good way) and fixed those too! Whenever I called, they were never annoyed that I wanted an update on my truck, and were always nice to me over the phone. 10/10 experience! Thank you Aaron's Elite!”

“We neglected our battery until it was dead. Corrosion was so bad I couldn't get the thing out. Pretty unwise on our part. Ted with JC came to our rescue! He was super nice, quick, and professional. Managed to get the old battery out, made sure the battery was the actual issue, lingered while we installed a new one, and saw us on our way. It was a great experience!”

I was the only one in the store on the phone with my husband uncertain on what we needed and what to do. Justin Hen was quick to help me; he was kind and patient with me as well. “I'm not sure why more folks haven't heard of this place but holy cow! He came in a lot LESS expensive to replace a tail light than any other place I called. He ordered the part and got it replaced while I sat in my car! Took him all of 15 mins to get it done and didn't charge me an arm and leg. He's close and very flexible when it comes to working with my schedule. Can't say enough good things.”
