This store is great - the manager (female), I forget her name - I believe it started with a W.. she went above and beyond to help me get wires spliced and working on a moving truck. Spent 45 minutes helping me fix my issue rather than just selling me on something I wouldn’t know how to fix on my own.”

“My husband I were desperate for tools for our car to fix our breaks at last minute with very little money. I was the only one in the store on the phone with my husband uncertain on what we needed and what to do. Justin Hen was quick to help me; he was kind and patient with me as well. He also made sure I was able to afford the tools with what money I had. He then helped me carry the heavy tools out to my car. Thank you for your kind service and patience! He deserves a big shout out!”
“I recently got Zbros shocks for my 2021 Can Am defender and the shocks that were installed were shorter than factory. (this was NOT a Zbros error!!) I called Zbros directly and talked to Preston and he had me do some measuring on the shocks. Turns out the dealer ordered the wrong shock. He then sent me shipping label and had me mail them back. within 2 weeks I got the right shocks. There was yet again an issue with the dealer that installed them. I then called and got Justice. he got everything straightened up over the phone and answered the questions that the dealer couldn't. now days customer service seems to be a lost art, not for these guys!!! It now has an awesome ride and sits up 2"! I will be telling anyone that will listen to me how great the shocks are and what outstanding customer service these guys provided. plain and simple their number goal was to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase!”

And Interstate was great to come jump my truck twice to get it to the store.
Inevitably ended up pushing it the rest of the way with aid from some Good Samaritans.

“I had to buy the protector the topper and windshield today it was 2:00 pm. Since they didn’t have one the protector and the topper. Zane at O’Reilly’s in Hyrum went out of his way and not only did he manage to get the piece needed to be able to put the windshield wiper on but he sent for it from the store in Ogden. And removed the broken piece as well. Just like he said at 4:30 pm and Erick installed it. A windshield wiper that the car wash had decimated. Than you so much Zane you were awesome young man. You promised and delivered. Blessings”
