“Aaron’s Elite did a great job in my Honda Pilot. I needed some new struts and shocks and they did a great job. Also, when my brakes were still being noisy after the fact, Aaron had me bring them in to take a look. Turns out it was my rotors and my break pads are not getting along. It’s harmless and nothing to worry about, but I at least now I know what the noise is. I really appreciate the extra step to make sure I felt safe driving my car. Thanks again!”

Managed to get the old battery out, made sure the battery was the actual issue, lingered while we installed a new one, and saw us on our way. It was a great experience!”

One time I needed a part which they did not have in the store, so I had them order it and it arrived within literal hours. The only grievance I can think of is that the hours are less convenient than other stores but honestly I can look past that. Amazing business and chain”

I brought my truck in and they looked at it and made some adjustments to their schedule and got me in the same day and also, fixed the issue with my clutch and got it done that same night! There are still some great shops out there and Transport diesel shop is one of them!!”

“I recently got Zbros shocks for my 2021 Can Am defender and the shocks that were installed were shorter than factory. (this was NOT a Zbros error!!) I called Zbros directly and talked to Preston and he had me do some measuring on the shocks. Turns out the dealer ordered the wrong shock. He then sent me shipping label and had me mail them back. within 2 weeks I got the right shocks. There was yet again an issue with the dealer that installed them. I then called and got Justice. he got everything straightened up over the phone and answered the questions that the dealer couldn't. now days customer service seems to be a lost art, not for these guys!!! It now has an awesome ride and sits up 2"! I will be telling anyone that will listen to me how great the shocks are and what outstanding customer service these guys provided. plain and simple their number goal was to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase!”
