“Aaron’s Elite did a great job in my Honda Pilot. I needed some new struts and shocks and they did a great job. Also, when my brakes were still being noisy after the fact, Aaron had me bring them in to take a look. Turns out it was my rotors and my break pads are not getting along. “I can’t say enough good things about Big O Tires in Providence. Chad Williamson took great care of our Sequoia and was incredibly honest throughout the entire process.
We were originally quoted around $2,500 because it looked like the control arms needed to be replaced. After taking a closer look, Chad found that only the ball joints needed replacing. They could have easily done the more expensive repair that we had already approved, but instead they did only what was actually needed and saved us about $1,000.

“We were strictly discount tire people but this place single handedly changed that! Dj and Keegan were amazing! We ended up popping a tire in Malad and all the tire shops were closed. We had to drive to Logan and we were shut down by 3 different tire people but Les took us in right away! There was a wonderful woman who gave my child 2 suckers and she was super super sweet! They felt bad for how long we were waiting and gave us 2 free oil changes. We live in Roy Utah and will 100% be making the drive to this Les Schwab EVERY single time. They all deserve a raise !”

“I took my car in for an alignment and tire/wheel balance because it was vibrating on the highway. Will called me and told me the alignment went well but that he could not balance the tires/wheels properly because two of the wheels were slightly bent. He did not chare me for the balancing and then helped me find new wheels that both look great and fit in the price range I wanted to pay. At many companies customer service is not a strong theme, but I can say that the reason I bought the wheels at this location rather than online is 100% because of Will and his help. I am happy to pay a little more at a local business instead of an online retailer to get great customer service and peace of mind knowing that if I have any troubled down the line, they will take care of me. Huge shout out to Will and the South Logan Les Schwaab store.
Importantly, my car drives smooth as can be now. The alignment and new wheels 100% solved the problem.”

It wasn’t fixable and they didn’t have my exact tire but they were so kind and helpful! They put on my spare and sent me in the direction of other tire stores. I feel so blessed the unwelcome event happened near their business!”
