“GET THE PROTECTION PLAN ON YOUR TIRES
I ran over a huge eye screw left behind after road construction. The way it went in created a huge hole- the tire needed to be replaced. I drive a Prius, and a replacement was going to cost over $200.
Dustin was very helpful, the wait time was minimal, and he looked up the protection plan I got for my tires and WOW. It took the price of the tire down to $61.22 ! I was so relieved- I’ll never skip on the protection plan going forward. THANK YOU”

“The guys at HS Customs did an excellent job installing and painting a custom hood and side skirts for my car. I was particularly worried about them being able to match the pearl white multi-coat but they did it perfectly. Their shop is gorgeous and I loved everyone I met. A hidden gem in Logan, UT.”

Alex I believe is one of the team leaders and has always helped me with the many questions I have with the very complete POS system for our Automotive and Tire sales shop. I am an impatient demanding New Yorker and Alex and his team always find time to answer my question and help me navigate the POS. This last time I just wanted to increase my labor rate and product margins. I needed help navigating the options and they responded just great. “We were strictly discount tire people but this place single handedly changed that! Dj and Keegan were amazing! We ended up popping a tire in Malad and all the tire shops were closed. We had to drive to Logan and we were shut down by 3 different tire people but Les took us in right away! There was a wonderful woman who gave my child 2 suckers and she was super super sweet! They felt bad for how long we were waiting and gave us 2 free oil changes. We live in Roy Utah and will 100% be making the drive to this Les Schwab EVERY single time. They all deserve a raise !”
“I took my car in for an alignment and tire/wheel balance because it was vibrating on the highway. Will called me and told me the alignment went well but that he could not balance the tires/wheels properly because two of the wheels were slightly bent. He did not chare me for the balancing and then helped me find new wheels that both look great and fit in the price range I wanted to pay. At many companies customer service is not a strong theme, but I can say that the reason I bought the wheels at this location rather than online is 100% because of Will and his help. I am happy to pay a little more at a local business instead of an online retailer to get great customer service and peace of mind knowing that if I have any troubled down the line, they will take care of me. Huge shout out to Will and the South Logan Les Schwaab store.
Importantly, my car drives smooth as can be now. The alignment and new wheels 100% solved the problem.”

“A few months ago my transmission went out on my way home from a vacation. I stopped at a local auto mechanic shop in Nevada and they replaced my transmission. Fast forward to now and my transmission starts acting up again. I take it to Aaron's and they got my warranty to pay for everything! They also told me about all the things the other shop did to my truck (not in a good way) and fixed those too! Whenever I called, they were never annoyed that I wanted an update on my truck, and were always nice to me over the phone. 10/10 experience! Thank you Aaron's Elite!”
