Customer service experience here was excellent. The unit I got was too small so I called back and right away they tending me 100% and switch my unit over the units are very clean the surge unit place is gated, which is a plus very nice storage unit place

I tried to access my unit during business hours and the gate wouldn’t open. We called the number on the gate and an after hours company answered and said the gate was broken so we couldn’t get in until it was fixed. We pay monthly for and they are obligated to give us access regardless if the main gate isn’t working. They wouldn’t even get someone there to open the man door on the gate or the gate on the other end. Ridiculous!!!!!
