I needed help getting my Elliptigo road ready after being on a stationary trainer since Covid. Being new to the St. George area, I emailed several bike shops and Jon, from IBB, was the only one to get back to me. He and his mechanics took on the challenge of my Elliptigo and had it ready to go the same day. Maybe a few more Elliptigo riders were recruited after test riding mine. I can't thank everyone enough at IBB Cyclery for helping me. Although I live in Hurricane, I wouldn't hesitate to bring my Elliptigo or road bike in for service. Great staff and bicycle knowledge!

Had short time to get my Tri Bike on the road and ready for SG IM 70.3. Kirk did a fitting and then put the bike together and then Andy fixed so many flat tires the week before the race… IBB is amazing! They were like a family bringing me in and helping me and keeping me on the road for a great ride.

Kirk helped to to secure a hard shell bike case for an upcoming trip to Asia and have never worked with someone as professional and responsive to requests/questions/follow thru as Krik, even off hours! While I’m all the way in Tampa, Minneapolis and/or Asia, and not near IBB’s physical location, look forward to one day meeting Kirk and team in person! Thanks again Kirk for the assist and professionalism! Cheers from the mountains of Taiwan!

These guys are awesome! Down here on spring break, had 2 mountain bikes that needed some brake work, Shimano and hope brakes. Dropped them off and fixed in the same day so we didn’t miss out on the great weather and amazing trails. Thanks so much!

What an incredible time at the IBB shop! It reminded me of an old fashion bike shop, not a big box store. Personal and friendly service from knowledgable gentleman! My wife and I spent a solid 2 hours with Kirk on Friday and another 2 hours today with Derek and John test riding and sorting out the specs on a pair of Orbea e mountain bikes. They took so much timing making sure we were making the right choice, since bikes these days are a sizable investment. IBB is small business at its best. So glad we found you guys.
